| With the progress and development of society,people's demand for health has reached a new level,and middle school students as a special group,their mental health problems need to be highly valued.The article takes the influence of Taijiquan teaching on the mental health of high school students as the research object,focusing on the use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.According to the need of the experiment,a class of students in Harbin No.3 Middle School was randomly selected as the experimental object.Before the experiment,the data measured for the first time were counted.The class was divided into high and low groups according to the scheduled teaching Learn the content of 8 weeks,2 hours a week,each time 40 minutes of Taijiquan teaching.Students with different mental health levels were tested by two rounds of SCL—90 scale before and after the experiment,all the test data were processed by SPSS25.0 software after the Excel table statistics were completed,the paired samples were T tested within the group,and the effects of Taijiquan teaching on the overall mental health level and its specific aspects were compared and analyzed.It is hoped that the research results will improve the mental health of high school students while enriching the relevant research contents Health situation opens up a new way,but also provides some reference for the current high school physical education curriculum development.Compared with the pre-experiment,there was a significant decrease in the total mean score of mental health scale(P<0.01)and a significant decrease in the scores of depression,anxiety,psychotic and other symptom factors(P<0.05).There was a significant improvement in the total mean score of mental health scale(P<0.01),a significant decrease in anxiety symptom factor(P<0.01),and a significant decrease in somatization,depression,psychotic and other symptom factors(P<0.05).A significant decrease in the total mean score and other symptom factors(P<0.01)and a significant decrease in depressive symptoms and hostile symptom factors(P<0.05)was observed in the high-group boys' mental health scale.A significant decrease in the total mean score and somatization symptom factor of the mental health scale of girls in higher groups(P<0.01)and a significant decrease in anxiety and psychotic symptom factor(P<0.05);There was a significant decrease in the mean score of mental health scale(P<0.05),but there was no significant decrease in individual factors(P>0.05).Combined with the experimental results and the analysis of physiological function and psychological development law of high school students,the following conclusions were drawn :(1)through 8 weeks of Taijiquan teaching experiment,the overall mental health status of high school students was improved;(2)8 weeks of Taijiquan teaching had a significant effect on the improvement of high school students with lower mental health level,and(3)8 weeks of Taijiquan teaching had a significant effect on sleep and diet of low mental health level male high school students with depression.Mesozoic somatization has significant improvement,which can improve anxiety and psychotic symptoms. |
