| This paper aims to explore the actual performance of Aerobics and Taijiquan exercise effect on the mental health of female college students, and the close relationship between sport and health revealed the education and the use of means of physical training on college students to conduct a comprehensive health education. To provide P.E. and health education advice and theoretical basis for the Female college students.This research adopts the method of literature search, experimentation and mathematics statistics. I use the "SCL—SCL90" in the experiment as a scale tool. They will study and exercise Aerobics and Taijiquan as a research intervention factors each one-hour continuing for 3 times a week, and lasting for 15 weeks. Through measurement and analysis the results of the measurements, we draw the following conclusions:1. Measurement results show that students in aerobics group of aerobics and exercise the project after studying somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and reduced symptoms forced dimension, the dimension of pre-and post-study at the difference was significant significance, including somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety symptom improvement was particularly evident dimensions, pre-and post-test difference was significant, that is, regular aerobics projects can improve the study and exercise psychology college girls health.2. Taijiquan group of students in the project after the study and exercise somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoia, hostility and dimensions of symptoms has been forced to reduce these dimensions at the difference before and after the study was significant, one of forced, depression , anxiety and paranoid symptoms improvement factor particularly pronounced in pre-and post-test difference was significant, that is often the project of studying Taijiquan and exercise can reduce somatization, paranoia, depression, anxiety, and hostility symptoms forced to increase female the level of the mental health of college students.3. After one semester of study, group aerobics students with mental health Taijiquan group score differences between the dimensions is not only interpersonal sensitivity factor Aerobics Taijiquan group scores significantly lower than that group, between the two groups at the differences arising from a very significant. Note regular aerobics exercise project for the female college students to improve interpersonal sensitivity more obvious symptoms, and the practice of Taijiquan project the impact of this dimension is not obvious.The purpose of this paper through the accumulation of theoretical and practical examination, the conclusion will be used in PE and health education, through the School - Sports enhance the level of the students'mental health in order to improve the overall quality of students, and better implementation of the goal of School of Physical Education . |
