4~6 grade of primary school children are at the mental health of unstable stage,educators can through certain sports training to improve the students’ psychological health level,this study aims to understand the status of the senior elementary student’s psychological health,different time of aerobics exercise influence on the elementary school higher grades students in mental health.This study is divided into two parts:Research 1:394 students of grade 4,5 and 6 of zhongnan road primary school in zhongshan district,dalian city were investigated using the "mental health diagnostic test(MHT)" as the measuring tool,and the mental health status of Upper Primary school students was detected.Research 2: using experiment method,the students can be divided into the experimental group and the control group,experimental group have 2 aerobics school-based courseses per week,the control group were not PE class of school-based courses,experiment cycle for three years,collect two groups respectively before the experiment,experiment 1 years later,after 2years,3 years later the mental health level of test data,using statistical software SPSS22.0raw data for analysis of the questionnaire,using independent sample T test and sample T test of related data.To investigate the influence of calisthenics training in different years on students’ mental health.Research findings:(1)the proportion of senior primary school students with serious mental health problems in zhongnan road primary school is 6.09%,which is basically consistent with the results of previous studies.As high as 41.54% of the students have learning anxiety,which has become the biggest factor affecting the mental health of primary school students.(2)calisthenics can significantly improve students’ learning anxiety and physical symptoms,as well as their overall mental health.(3)as long as 2 years and 3 years of aerobics training,the benefits of mental health level are the same as the level of training for only 1 year.Students’ mental health level cannot increase with the increase of training years,that is,1 year of training can play the best effect in improving mental health.
