Improvement Research Of Teaching System Of MBA Of Shaanxi Business Administration Institute

With the constant increasing of MBA in China,the educational circle is also thinking of the localization of MBA training system.Shaanxi MBA is also facing the same problem,even more urgent.This paper,first,introduces the basic information of the school of graduates of Shaanxi Master Of Business Administration Institute,and then details the following aspects including curriculum?teaching materials?teachers?teaching intensity,method entry and assessment methods in Shaanxi Master Of Business Administration Institute.The problems which exist in the training system of Shaanxi MBA are also surfacing: such as the irrationality of curriculum arrangement;the singularity of teaching staff,teaching methods and assessment methods etc.For these problems,the thesis,through the actual research,states how students majoring in MBA define the training objectives,training capacity,training school and training system,then further investigates MBA students' views and opinions on examination,curriculum,textbooks,teachers,teaching methods and assessment methods of training system.Accordingly,this thesis,from the curriculum,teaching staff,teaching methods,entrance examination and assessment of ways,puts forward specific plans and measures(1)adjust the course structure and course content,and enrich curriculum system;(2)Strengthen the construction of the existing teachers,while employed entrepreneurs and management consultants through various channels and relations;(3)try to use these teaching methods including case teaching,project teaching,simulated teaching,business games teaching,teamwork and corporate practice;(4)adjust the difficulty and structure of written exams in order to increase the scope of the interview;(5)Specify guidelines and evaluation criteria of other assessment methods;implement mentoring system and dual tutorial system.Through the adoption of these measures can effectively improve the training system of Shaanxi MBA leveland effects.This thesis,with a combination of the comprehensive theory and the actual situation,gives a analysis and discussion of the training system of MBA of Shaanxi Master Of Business Administration Institute,the results of the study has certain reference value.
