Abstract/Summary:
In the general high school Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),the consciousness of rule of law is included as one of the core qualities of the ideological and political discipline in high school.In order to improve the students'awareness of rule of law in Ideological and political teaching,it is necessary to effectively develop the relevant curriculum resources and apply the developed curriculum resources to classroom teaching.However,in the current teaching practice of Ideological and political courses in senior high schools,the development and utilization of curriculum resources based on the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law is still relatively lacking,There are some problems such as the single resources of the rule of law curriculum,the improper use of the resources of the rule of law curriculum,the unacceptability of the resources of the rule of law curriculum by the students.This problem urgently needs to be strengthened and improved.The existing curriculum resources of high school ideological and political discipline are very rich,but the curriculum resources that point to the cultivation of legal consciousness are limited.Because the cultivation of legal consciousness is professional,it is difficult to develop the curriculum resources around the cultivation of legal consciousness.In the teaching practice,we must overcome difficulties,develop and make good use of all kinds of course resources,so that the political course can be better accepted by high school students,while mastering theoretical knowledge,the sense of rule of law has also been improved.This paper interprets the two concepts of legal consciousness and curriculum resources and explains the relationship between them.Meanwhile,questionnaire survey and interview were also conducted in S senior high school of SuZhou city,JiangSu province and H senior high school of DaLian city,LiaoNing province to investigate students' awareness of the rule of law and the degree of teachers' development of curriculum resources,and the survey results were analyzed.On this basis,combined with the current situation,this paper puts forward measures for how to develop curriculum resources based on the awareness of rule of law from the perspective of schools,teachers and students,and measures for the use of curriculum resources from the perspective of teaching design,classroom teaching,curriculum assignments and extracurricular practice.
