As the development of basic education curriculum reforming, the community pays attention to the curriculum resources more and more. In order to achieve the goal of high-school ideological and political education and the function of moral and intellectual education, resources of image and human and practice and information are staggered in the course of the development and utilization. The resources of high-school ideological and political education are useful for the construction and implement of curriculum and smooth implementation. The Human curriculum resources are based on the life which can exchange of the students and achieve the goal. Human curriculum resources are very abundant, including teachers, students, families and community aspects, but The development and utilization of these resources are very limited at the moment。Most of the research is stayed on the surface.Because of the activity, the extent of the development of the others curriculum resources are depended on the Human curriculum resources primarily. The development and utilization of human resources is helpful of teachers’ realization, transformation and growing up. It can develop the initiative and core attainment of students. The participation of parents and society promotes the multifaceted development and utilization and make the curriculum’s integrality. Human curriculum resources of ideological and political education are different from other curriculum resources because of its sociality, particularity and timeliness. The development and utilization of Human curriculum resources are limited relatively on account of its high cost of time and space and society. Although teachers want to develop Human curriculum resources, the development is short of persistence because of the less of ability. Under the pressure of examination, students are lack of interesting and ability. We need find the appropriate strategy based on the principles of the appropriateness, educational and participatory to take advantage of all kinds of the Human curriculum resources. We can alaunch the train of teachers, improving the ability of research. We muse make use of all kinds of human resources in or out of school. Teachers need motivate students’ enthusiasm and construct the harmonious relationship. Because of high-school ideological and political education’s sociality, teachers can construct the platform of interaction between school and home, encouraging parents to take part in the curriculum. The article based on the analysis of the theories is aimed at helping teachers realize the characteristic and the value of Human curriculum resources. Connected with the case of educational price, the author wants to cause the resonance and hopes everybody can devote themselves to the practice of the development and utilization of Human curriculum resources.
