In fact,the traditional culture teaching in the low learning stage is to take "culture" as the starting point,take the rich "cultural deposits" of Chinese characters as the root,and implant the concept of "culture" in the literacy teaching.The process of literacy is also a process of learning Chinese culture and inheriting Chinese culture.Based on the above understanding,this paper expounds the penetration of Chinese character culture into literacy teaching from three aspects by means of documentary method,investigation method and interview method:Firstly,this paper explains the concept of literacy teaching and traditional culture in the low learning stage,and explains the theoretical basis of implementing literacy teaching from the cultural perspective and the significance of carrying out traditional culture education in literacy teaching.Then,by means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper points out the existing problems and their causes in the teaching of low-learning literacy.Finally,this paper proposes an effective strategy for teaching traditional culture in the low learning stage of literacy teaching,starting from three aspects of traditional Mongolian education,widening the channels of literacy and following the rules of literacy,so as to enhance students' awareness of traditional culture,improve the efficiency of literacy teaching and enrich students' Chinese quality.In short,literacy teaching can not be separated from the cultural foundation of Chinese characters,but also can not ignore the rich cultural connotation of Chinese characters.
