In recent years,with the rapid development of education big data,the reform of basic education curriculum and the deepening of core literacy,the curriculum has changed from focusing on knowledge and skills to focusing on the essential character and key ability of students,and paying attention to the cultivation of students' ability and accomplishment,which also promotes the education reform to pay more attention to academic diagnosis.More and more scholars and researchers expect to solve various problems in practical teaching by the deep integration of education and information technology.As an important part of elementary school mathematics ability,arithmetic ability is the basic ability to form the core accomplishment of mathematics in the 21st century.By referring to relevant literature,it is found that the evaluation index of mathematical operational ability is discussed,but there are few empirical studies,and no systematic evaluation system has been formed,and most of the evaluations are mostly summative.So in this paper,starting from the problems existing in the operation ability,to the elementary mathematical operation ability to carry out the evaluation research,with the support of information technology to multi-dimensional evaluation of computing power,both promoted the progress of the reform of basic education course evaluation,also for our frontline teachers' problem solving ability of accurate teaching provides a scientific reference.In this paper,the core concepts of computing power are defined.Then,combining with the domestic and foreign research,this paper sorts out the existing research results of the evaluation of mathematical ability,and provides a theoretical reference for the construction of the evaluation system of elementary school students' mathematical ability.Secondly,in this paper,based on relevant theories on preliminary constructed the elementary mathematical operation ability evaluation index system,using the method of expert interview to screening of index system,determine the evaluation index and through the questionnaire investigation to verify the reliability and validity of evaluation,then USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight of the primary indicators and secondary indicators,for subsequent ability to diagnose the experiment provide the scientific quantitative assessment standard.This research according to the elementary student's cognition rule to build the index system of the elementary school mathematics ability,and with big data platform for technical support,to the elementary student's operation ability for diagnostic evaluation and process evaluation,implement the elementary school mathematics ability level of precision positioning and trend analysis,and then the vulnerabilities are targeted to remedy it.And choose the fifth grade students of a primary school in wuhan city,as the research object,set up big data classes and the traditional empirical study classes,after a year of tracking,we found that on the one hand,for two classes before and after test,found that the computing capacity model based on data driven the implementation of teaching can significantly enhance the operation ability of pupils,On the other hand,the mathematical operation ability of the two classes was tracked and monitored for one year and the process evaluation was carried out,and it was found that the operation ability of the big data experimental class was improved steadily.
