Research On The Function Of Social Work Participating In Child Care Service

As one of the main mode of trusteeship service,public welfare summer trusteeship has received much attention because it is free,carried out in convenient places such as community,effectively solves the problem of "difficult nursing care ",and meets the needs of parents and society.Social workers provide and play an important role in the public welfare summer trusteeship based on the community,what role they play in the trusteeship service,what functions they have realized,whether they are in line with the values and functions of social work,and whether the social work service intervention in trusteeship has its unique characteristics are all worthy of attention.Attention to this issue is not only beneficial to the optimal development of trusteeship services,but also to the improvement of social work service quality as an important force of trusteeship.Based on the analysis and analysis of relevant research,this paper discusses the functional effectiveness of social work participation in child care service from three levels:children,family and community,taking the L community summer care project in Wuhan as an example.First of all,the summer care service plays an important role in helping children to learn,educate and grow up through activities and processes such as thematic activities,group activities,habit formation and so on.Secondly,through the activities of sending family letters and providing public welfare after-school education,it can reduce the burden on families at the family level,assist families to realize educational guidance,improve parent-child relations,promote family interaction,and create a good environment for children's education and growth and development.Thirdly,through activities and behaviors such as clean homes,cool parties,and community backbone sharing in trusteeship classes,more community residents are involved,which not only improves community relations,but also helps to build harmonious communities.Finally,based on the dysfunction of social work participating in children's summer care service,the corresponding functional optimization countermeasures are put forward.It can be seen from the research that social work participation in child care services has played a corresponding functional effect at the three levels of children,family and community,and the discussion of problems faced in the realization of functions will also be beneficial to the further improvement and development of child care services.
