With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,in order to further meet the needs of development and cultivate new people,the new round of curriculum reform requires ideological and political teachers to fully respect the law of students' physical and mental development,and carry out education and teaching on the basis of giving full play to students' subjectivity.Students' subjectivity refers to the functional characteristics including initiative,autonomy and creativity that students spontaneously show in the learning process in order to achieve the learning purpose under the guidance of teachers.Its effective play can enrich the relevant education and teaching theories,and is conducive to fully realizing the education goal of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in the ideological and political course of senior high school,changing the teaching mode and cultivating students' learning To promote the implementation of quality education.At present,it has become the common understanding of teachers to give full play to the students' subjectivity in the ideological and political teaching of senior high school.However,due to various reasons,there are still many problems in the development of students' subjectivity.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The whole paper consists of four parts except the introduction and conclusion.The first part,the students' subjectivity and its necessity in the high school ideological and political teaching,mainly expounds the meaning and performance of the students'subjectivity,and discusses the students' subjectivity in the high school ideological and political teaching from four aspects:the requirements of educational teaching theory,the needs of students' all-round development,the needs of Ideological and political teachers'professional development,and the needs of Ideological and political teaching reform Think about the necessity of politics teaching.The second part:Based on the questionnaire,it analyzes the main problems existing in the current ideological and political teaching of high school students.This part starts from the performance of the students' subjectivity,mainly introduces the three aspects of the students' Subjectivity:initiative,autonomy and creativity.The third part:To investigate the main problems of the investigation.The main problems are found in the following three aspects:the teacher's view of education has not been completely changed;the students' self-consciousness of subjectivity is weak;and the environment of educating people's Congress needs to be improved.The fourth part:on the basis of the analysis of the main problems and their causes,it puts forward three suggestions for the development of students' subjectivity in high school ideological and political teaching.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:changing the educational concept and purpose;changing the teaching mode and enhancing the internal driving force of students' learning;improving the educational environment and ensuring the development of students' subjectivity.
