The imitation behavior of children's peers refers to the process in which children consciously or unconsciously imitate their words and deeds and make their own words and deeds similar or the same under the influence of their peers.Children's peer imitation behavior belongs to the research field of social development,which is an important learning method in early childhood.The correct understanding of children's peer imitation behavior is the premise to play its positive role.Therefore,the study of children's peer imitation behavior is helpful for educators to better deal with children's peer imitation behavior.This research mainly adopts the natural observation,researchers from Wuhan H a mixed age classes were randomly selected as observation kindergarten class,33 children as research object in the class,including 17 boys,16 girls,by drawing from Li xue in Nanjing Normal University in the master's thesis of "z class children peer imitation study analysis framework" and Shi ying in Hebei University,master's thesis "honest children peer imitation summary sheet",on the basis of the robot and the mixed age class children peer imitation summary sheet",to look at the children's peer imitation,presents the characteristics of children's peer imitation mixed age class,at the same time,The researcher made an interview outline and interviewed the preschool teachers to deeply analyze the specific factors affecting the behavior of the children's peers.The results are as follows:1.The frequency of peer imitation behavior of children in mixed-age classes will decrease with the growth of age.The main reasons include the physical and mental development of children,the role of early childhood education and the role of role models.2.The frequency of imitators of male children is higher than that of female children.The main reasons include the differences between boys and girls in children's personality,the teachers' preference and the composition of children's gender in the class.3.The situations in which children's peers imitate behaviors are mainly transition links,life activities and outdoor activities,with low frequency of conversation activities and games.The main reasons include the different degree of teacher control and the different interaction needs of children.4.Among the types of children's imitation behaviors,the frequency of action imitation is the highest,followed by speech imitation,and the frequency of simultaneous occurrence of action and language is the lowest.The main reasons include children's rapid motor development and the difference in sensory perception.5.The emotional state of children's imitation behavior is dominated by positive emotion,followed by neutral emotion,and the frequency of negative emotion is the lowest.The main reason is that imitation is the embodiment of peer attachment and the restoration of inner balance.6.The motivation of children's peers to imitate behavior is mainly frolicking and convergence,followed by heckling,and the frequency of learning and unconscious motivation is relatively low.The main reasons include playfulness and children's strong conformity.7.The frequency of children's peers imitating the age of the object is from the highest to the lowest,which is in the order of big class children,middle class children,and small class children.The main reasons include the differences in children's development level and leadership.8.Among the feedback modes imitated by children's peers,the frequency of positive feedback was the highest,followed by the frequency of no feedback perceived,and the frequency of no feedback perceived and negative feedback was lower.The main reasons include being imitated for their own recognition and mutual support of the harmonious class culture.9.In the intervention mode of the teacher,the occurrence frequency is from high to low,which is passive prevention,absence,absence of detection,absence of response,discovery and active promotion.The main reasons include that teachers are worried too much about the imitation behavior of children's peers,the teachers have poor emotional regulation ability,and the absence of teachers strengthens children's desire to imitate.10.Among the emotional connection types of mimicry and mimicry,the frequency of intimate relationship is higher than that of ordinary relationship.The main reasons include imitation being the influence of peer identification and spatial distance.Based on the above research and the age characteristics of children in mixed-age classes,the researchers put forward the following suggestions:to establish a comprehensive and scientific view of children's imitation,to flexibly choose coping strategies,to play an exemplary role and to strengthen 'teachers' self-reflection.In order to provide reference for teachers to deal with children's imitation behavior scientifically.
