This thesis is the research about the consultative behavior of young children in mixed-age class.The author thinks that child consultation ability is of great value to children’s interpersonal communication.Consultation behavior is a kind of lubricant between children when they coordinate willingness,seek recognition and solve the problem in conflicts.It is also a bridge for children to work together to achieve a common purpose.Mixed-age education contribute to the occurrence of consultation behavior as an effective form of educational organization,different age stages(mainly 3-6 years old,age span of 12 months or more),different physical and mental development and characteristics of children in the Kindergarten science under the organization and division,in the Mixed-age environment brought about by the huge differences and possible cognitive communication conflicts and cooperation in the coordination of views,plans and discussions,communication and discussion to achieve the same goal.Based on the study of Mixed-age education and consultation behavior,this study used the time sampling and event sampling method to observe the consultation behavior of 120 children in a kindergarten in Hangzhou,and through statistical results and case analysis Quantitative analysis and qualitative study of the observed materials.At the same time,explore the age of young age counseling behavior of the internal mechanism through the psychological theory,help us further understand the characteristics of Mixed-age children counseling behavior and make recommendations.According to the observation of the research process between children and peers to communicate with each other information,mutual coordination of views,intentions,the study of Mixed-age class counseling behavior in different types of activities in the performance of Mixed-age class counseling behavior reasons,And the conflict and cooperation in the negotiation of Mixed-age children and youngchildren were analyzed and discussed.It was intended to excavate the behavior of children in the Mixed-age group.Finally,we believe that the complexity of age structure in Mixed-age education brings about the complexity of the role,location,psychological experience and communication of every child in the educational community.With the growth of age,the development of the body,the psychological and social roles of the children are constantly changing,and the education of Mixed-age will help the occurrence of child consultation.The negotiation will help the children to achieve common goals,needs and will as a bridge between children’s social interaction.This study puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of children’s awareness and consultation ability in the mixed-age education of kindergarten,and also puts forward some suggestions on how to make use of the educational advantage of Mixed-age and promote the comprehensive development of young children. |
