Research On The Change Of The Key Construction Policies Of Research On Entrepreneurial Ability Of Postgraduate Students And Its Promotion Path

As an important engine driving social and economic development,entrepreneurship plays an important role in adjusting the economic structure,promoting employment and building an innovation-oriented country.Since the promulgation of the opinions of the ministry of education on vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning and college students' self-employment,colleges and universities have actively taken the lead in entrepreneurship education,aiming at breeding high-quality entrepreneurial talents.As the main force of entrepreneurial talents,graduate students' entrepreneurial ability affects the accumulation of entrepreneurial human capital in the future.Therefore,how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduates,accumulate the strength for entrepreneurial human capital,and meet the needs of social employment,the construction of an innovation-oriented country,and the transformation of social economy has become an important topic in the field of higher education.Firstly,this paper combs and analyzes relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars.Based on entrepreneurship theory,human capital theory and ability iceberg theory,this paper designs a questionnaire for graduate students' entrepreneurial ability.A random sampling survey is conducted on graduate students in various universities in Henan Province,and 713 valid questionnaires are obtained.Through exploratory factor analysis,it is concluded that entrepreneurial ability of postgraduate of six dimensions: divided into business executive ability,interpersonal skills,organization and coordination ability,entrepreneurial practice learning ability,innovation ability,entrepreneurial opportunity insight ability,and from the dimensions of the current situation of the graduate student entrepreneurship,the existence question and reason analysis and thinking,the path of ascension.The analysis of data results shows that the overall level of entrepreneurial ability of postgraduate students is average,and the level of entrepreneurial executive ability,interpersonal skills,organization and coordination ability is relatively high.The difference analysis shows that student cadre experience,work experience,entrepreneurial activity experience and family support have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduate students.Among them,the main problems existing in the graduate student entrepreneurship is the graduate student entrepreneurial idea relative lag,entrepreneurial opportunity not keen insight and innovation ability is not high,lacking the ability to entrepreneurship practice to learn these four aspects,it is to master their own lack of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial practice,entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities work absence,entrepreneurial government policy incomplete,lack of family support entrepreneurship atmosphere,these reasons make graduate student entrepreneurship promotion.On this basis,construct the to "enhance postgraduate qualification itself as the leading factor,to improve the university entrepreneurship education system,strengthen the entrepreneurial government policy support,strengthening the family business support,guide,with entrepreneurship into entrepreneurial human capital accumulation as the goal" of the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduate "path".In terms of postgraduate students themselves,it is necessary to change the concept of entrepreneurship and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit.Correctly assess entrepreneurial ability and explore entrepreneurial advantages;Pay attention to the practical learning of entrepreneurship,and build entrepreneurial ability in an all-round way.From the perspective of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to improve entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurship knowledge system for graduate students.Pay attention to entrepreneurship concept orientation,strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship teachers;To improve ideological understanding and strengthen the construction of entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities;Promote the collaboration between school and local school and enterprise,innovate and support the practice mode of entrepreneurship.At the government level,it is necessary to formulate entrepreneurship policies scientifically and optimize the top-level design of entrepreneurship.Strengthen the publicity of entrepreneurship policy,stimulate the enthusiasm of graduate students in entrepreneurship practice.At the family level,it is necessary to set up the right concept of entrepreneurship and create a relaxed atmosphere for family entrepreneurship.Cultivate the family responsibility of graduate students,firm entrepreneurial ideals and beliefs.
