A Study On The Effect Of Security Housing Policy For College Graduates Staying In Wuhan

Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate not only as an component of Wuhan's housing security system,but also an important component of Talent introduction policy.In this paper Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate for the study,analysis of the use of literature research,Interview research and comparative study,Relevant theories such as Housing security theory,Equity and efficiency theory,Maslow's theory are applied to specific research on policy,through analysis of the implementation of Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate resulting from the effects of policy and the reasons for the positive and negative effects of the proposed Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate to improve the policy recommendations.Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate through the system and the implementation of the analysis of the status quo,this paper argues that Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate will help improve the housing level of college graduates,optimize the industrial structure,stimulate the vitality of cities,and curb the overall price.But at the same time benefits may also result in inversion of real estate market crowding-out effect,more intense job competition,talent demand orientation is restrained,resulting in the supply of housing is invalid.The causes of the problems are insufficient policy refinement,incomplete industrial structure,inadequate government employment services and unreasonable policy subsidies.Housing security system of Wuhan City's college-graduate for the implementation of the existing problems and their causes,this paper,the relevant policy recommendations include continuing to implement the policy,improving the operating mechanism of low-income housing for college students in Wuhan provinces,refining the level of preferential policies according to the professional level of talents,and systematically formulating supporting policies to suppress negative effects.
