| The study of home-school cooperation is the key to the realization of educational development and school reform in all countries of the world and the inevitable trend of educational development.Home-school cooperation realizes the three-dimensional integration of family education,school education and even social education.The three aspects cooperate with each other,complement each other and supervise each other,so as to achieve the goal of promoting students'all-round development.At·present,with the steady development of new socialist countryside construction and the continuous improvement of education consciousness in rural areas,rural people gradually realize that school education needs the support and cooperation of family education and social forces.Most rural primary schools have taken various measures to promote the development of home-school cooperation.However,due to the constraints from various factors,there are many problems in the implementation of home-school cooperation.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference for the related research of rural primary school-home cooperation.At the same time,through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of rural primary school-home cooperation,the author puts forward optimization strategies to provide practical guidance for educational participants.X Primary School in Tanzhou Town of Zhongshan City is a typical new socialist countryside primary school.Taking this as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of home-school-cooperation by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative study,summarizes the existing problems,explores the causes of the problems,and finally focuses on them.Explore the optimization strategy that meets the needs of primary education practice in rural areas.The thesis is divided into five chapters as follows:The first chapter is an introduction,which includes seven aspects:first,the background of the topic selection;second,the significance of the study;third,the definition of core concepts;fourth,the domestic and foreign research overview;fifth,the content and design route of the study;sixth,the research methods;seventh,the innovation and difficulties of the study.The second chapter is to investigate the current situation of home-school cooperation in X Primary School.It mainly focuses on the following aspects:the basic information of teachers and parents,the understanding of home-school cooperation between the two sides,the mode of home-school cooperation chosen by both sides,the frequency of home-school cooperation between the two sides,the content of home-school cooperation between the two sides,and the understanding of home-school cooperation system between the two sides.Based on this statistical data,this paper lays a foundation for the later elaboration.The third chapter points out the problems existing in rural primary school-home cooperation based on the results and analysis of the survey:conservative concept of cooperation,inappropriate way,incomplete content,unequal status and imperfect system.The above problems are the root of affecting the effective development of rural primary school-home cooperation.The fourth chapter is to explore the reasons for the problems in home-school cooperation.Through analysis,we know that there are unfavorable factors in family,school and society,which affect the smooth development of cooperation.The fifth chapter is based on the above investigation and analysis,standing in the perspective of educational managers,puts forward practical optimization strategies:giving full play to the principal position of schools,demonstrating teachers'professional quality,and increasing social assistance.Through the improvement of these three aspects,the level of rural primary school home-school cooperation will be improved in an all-round way.The uneven level of economic development and the different degree of cultural openness between rural and urban areas have widened the gap between rural education and urban education,which is contrary to the policy requirement of balanced education put forward by the state.Therefore,by optimizing the way of home-school cooperation,as an important tool for education development,it is of great significance to promote the reform of rural primary education and even the development of education in China. |
