| Based on the cooperation of Shanghai Songjiang Sheshan school as an example,according to the actual situation,through empirical research,research on Predicament and optimization strategy of existing home school cooperation focuses on the rural schools,through literature research,interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis method,case study method,explain and reveal the rural schools problems in home school cooperation and related reasons,through the pre prepared,which lays the foundation for solving the problem of elaboration and.Only from the Shanghai City,the research on home school cooperation has been in the real development,and has achieved certain results,but in the suburbs,especially in rural schools in suburban areas,the home school cooperation is still in the relatively backward and backward state,has not formed the experience and effective model.Based on this,the paper uses the related theory,analysis the reasons of rural school home school cooperation lag,and combining with the actual situation,through empirical research,factors and their effect on the plight of rural schools of home school cooperation,explore parents’ involvement effectively the approaches and strategies and methods,to establish schools for parents of students the rural familyeducation guidance and effective cooperation mode and home school model,and improve the professional quality,ability and level of the teachers and parents of the team in the course of the study,improve the effectiveness of school moral education,summed up the promotion and application of the feasibility of experience and practice.This article is discussed in five parts:The first part is an introduction,which contains four aspects:(1)the research background and problems;(two)the purpose and significance of the research;(three)research content and research methods;(four)literature review;(five)research innovation.The second part is the theoretical research and the definition of the concept,through the sort of family education,school education,Shanghai rural schools,home school cooperation concept,for the home school cooperation between the two sides to clarify their respective rights and obligations,and further combing the relevant theoretical research,combing with the analysis from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,the theory of overlapping spheres of influence,the theory of social capital contingency management theory,which lays the theoretical foundation for the influence of the rural school home school cooperation factors and optimization strategy.The third part introduces the current situation and problems of rural family school cooperation in China at the present stage,introduces the problems existing in the cooperation between Songjiang District and Sheshan,and introduces the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and schools in Songjiang District.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the cooperation between rural primary and secondary school students,including three aspects of society,school and family,to find out the causes that affect the cooperation between schools and families,and to provide the basis for the empirical study and the optimization of strategies.The fifth part,combined with the existing literature,the actual interview proposed "home school cooperation in social factors,school factors influence homeschool cooperation","home school cooperation family factors can affect the rural primary and secondary schools cooperation degree,assuming the construction at the same time,and based on this the design of the questionnaire,sample survey,the data collation and analysis,put forward to verify the hypothesis.Finally,an empirical study based on Sheshan school,put forward the "perfect home school cooperation laws and regulations","into the education department in charge of examination system","the importance of school management system construction","continuous construction of schools and parents","innovation of family education guidance mode" and "promote the information communication platform" seven suggestions to improve the rural school home school cooperation level. |
