As the only way for excellent physics teachers,the qualification of physics teachers plays a key role in building a high-quality and professional physics teachers.Only with a relatively perfect teacher qualification system,we can select excellent physics teachers for the future.Stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade.Compared with the qualification of China,American has a longer development process and more experience accumulation,which has certain reference significance.Based on the perspective of the accreditation of physics teachers in middle schools in China and American,this paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis,content analysis,literature research and quantitative analysis to fully interpret the accreditation system of physics teachers in middle schools in China and the United States,including the accreditation development process,the Accreditation certificate type,the accreditation conditions,the accreditation institution and the accreditation standards This paper makes a comparative analysis of the certification examination and Praxis Series physical examination in the United States,compares the examination form,examination subjects and objectives,and makes a detailed comparison of the physical subject examination.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in terms of accreditation system,American physics teacher qualification has a long history,various types of certificates,high qualification conditions,and various forms of accreditation institutions.(2)In the aspect of accreditation examination,the American internship is more objective than the Chinese interview in assessing the classroom teaching ability of physics teachers.In terms of assessment dimension,China's assessment content is more comprehensive,and the United States lacks assessment of professional awareness and professional skills.(3)In terms of physical subject examination,the United States has a wide range of examination,but the questions are single and lack of examination of physical teaching skills and knowledge.On the basis of the above comparative study,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as the reform of the identification institution of physics teachers,the appropriate improvement of the identification conditions,the addition of teaching skills assessment forms,and the strengthening of the tripartite cooperation among colleges and universities.
