With the continuous development of China's education,non-governmental off-campus education has gained new opportunities for development and become a useful supplement to educational resources outside campus education.In these out of school institutions,the out of school training institutions for primary and secondary school students account for the vast majority,and become the main force of the education and training industry.However,in the ever-warming out-of-school training institutions,various kinds of problems are also constantly paying attention to the water,causing concern in the field of education and parents of students.Among these out-of-school training institutions,problems such as non-standard running,disordered competition and poor management are widespread.To solve these problems,the government,educational structure,relevant social departments and groups must work together,so as to highlight the effectiveness of management and promote the orderly development of out-of-school training institutions.In this study,we will take the off-campus training institutions of Yulin High-tech Zone in Shanxi Province as the research object,understand their development status through field investigation and field interviews,analyze and sort out the existing problems with the method of literature research,conduct in-depth investigation with the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Through field investigation,the author finds that in recent years,the off-campus training institutions in Yulin High-tech Zone have developed rapidly,and both the number and distribution of schools have increased significantly compared with the past.Especially,the off-campus education for primary and secondary school students has sprung up rapidly and has become another social education force that can not be ignored besides the local campus education.However,in the field survey,the author found that there are still many problems in the off-campus training institutions of Yulin High-tech Zone,such as the low threshold for running schools,the lack of guaranteed qualifications;the uneven quality of running schools,the lack of standardization in the teaching materials and curriculum;the single form of education,the serious homogeneity of teaching content;these training institutions have large differences in teachers,among which there are some problems.There are many uncertain factors,such as lack of uniform standards in teaching services,lack of cultural construction in training institutions,resulting in insufficient development momentum and cultural connotation.Combined with the above problems,the author tries to analyze the causes of the problems from the government,society and training institutions themselves.On this basis,the author puts forward the facility countermeasures for the healthy and orderly development of off-campus training institutions.Firstly,the government should strengthen education governance,standardize the development of off-campus education market,establish clear management system and management norms;secondly,school-running institutions themselves should have normative consciousness,both in curriculum setting and teacher construction,have prominent standardization and standardization characteristics,deepen the connotation of education and training;finally,from the social level,we should give full play to supervision and guidance.We should use it to raise awareness of standardized education and mobilize social forces to jointly standardize the development of off-campus training institutions.The reason for choosing this topic for in-depth study is that on the basis of theoretical research,the main innovation opportunity is to conduct in-depth analysis on the development of off-campus training institutions in Yulin High-tech Zone,find out the root causes of the problems,and systematically discuss them.Only in this way can we put forward more targeted and perfect countermeasures and find out the methods to standardize the development of off-campus training institutions.From the perspective of off-campus training institutions themselves,combined with the three forces of the government and society,we seek an effective way to standardize the management of off-campus training institutions,hoping to provide some useful theoretical references for the development of off-campus training institutions in Yulin High-tech Zone.
