| As parents pay more and more attention to the education of their children,coupled with China’s socio-economic development and technological advancement,the requirements for talents continue to increase.Basic knowledge education has the characteristics of basicity and universality.Parents’ needs for individualized and optimized education of students can no longer be met.Under this background,off-school training institutions have emerged and have become the current education and teaching cause of primary and secondary schools in my country.important parts of.Off-campus training institutions are organizations with wide coverage and complex relationships,including different stakeholder groups.Strategic management is related to the realization of the interests of all stakeholder groups.However,some small and medium-sized off-campus education and training institutions do not have the awareness of strategic resource management,have not carried out specific strategic management system planning,and cannot clearly understand the macro and micro environment of the training institution,especially the stakeholders.Based on the theoretical research and management practice,this paper mainly studies two issues:(1)the importance of stakeholders to primary and secondary school off campus training institutions.(2)Taking XH education as an example,how to formulate the management strategy of out-of-school training institutions based on stakeholder theory.On the basis of the research provided by the theory,through the use of stakeholder analysis,the ten kinds of stakeholders of XH education are analyzed.Use the power dynamic matrix,establish the stakeholder moral responsibility matrix,establish a comprehensive stakeholder impact assessment table,quantify the impact of each stakeholder on XH education,and conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the stakeholders of XH education.Develop a general and integrated strategy plan based on stakeholders,taking into account the internal and external environment of XH education,the mission vision and expected objectives of the enterprise,and the implementation guarantee and optimization suggestions are put forward.Conclusion: Develop a general strategy for XH education stakeholders.Shareholders,parents,students,and suppliers adopt swing strategies,administrators and teachers adopt aggressive strategies,competitors adopt defensive strategies,and schools and communities adopt containment strategies.Sexual strategy.The final strategy adopted by XH Education is:under the new economic situation,implement the "diversification" strategy,but the development focus should be more clear;under the new industry background,broaden the development of student channels and expand online education;in the new policy Under the guidance of the company,strengthen corporate management,enhance core competitiveness,and achieve a higher level of development;under the new social background,assume more social responsibilities and obtain a certain degree of favor and support.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,this article finally takes measures from four levels of core stakeholders,important stakeholders,indirect stakeholders and marginal stakeholders,matching the strategy’s guarantee methods and implementation steps. |
