Curriculum resource development is a key segment of curriculum development,and it plays an important role in curriculum design,teaching and reform.Without the support of rich curriculum resources,the implementation of curriculum and teaching reform will be greatly constrained.This thesis takes the development of high school biology curriculum resources as the research object.Based on the pedagogical theories such as constructivism,humanism and discovery learning,this paper grasps the research results and frontier research directions of curriculum resources development at home and abroad through extensive collection and reading of relevant literature.Through the form of questionnaire survey,we can understand the actual situation of the current high school biology curriculum resource development,and focus on the school and the first-line biology teachers'concept,attitude,implementation and effect on the development of curriculum resources because they influence the development of biological curriculum resources.According to the data analysis and problem feedback of the questionnaire,the author puts forward the principles and strategies for the development of high school biology curriculum resources,and gives specific explanations at the end of the article.For the current development of biological curriculum resources,the main problems of the school include:The development awareness is weak,and most high schools take exams as their top priority,and they are not deeply aware of the importance of curriculum resources,which lead to the lack of curriculum resources and the quality to be improved;lack of overall planning,many schools have less initiative to organize teachers from the school level to form a development team to develop relevant biological curriculum resources,with some teachers work alone,the curriculum resources development is slightly disordered;insufficient resources are invested,and schools commonly invest insufficiently in curriculum resources development,including policies,time,personnel,funding,and equipment,and not provide active external environment for curriculum resource development for teachers.In the course of curriculum resource development,teachers' problems mainly include:Insufficient theoretical knowledge reserves,some teachers attach importance to the accumulation of subject knowledge,but due to lack of understanding of the "curriculum resources" development,did not learn the relevant theory of "curriculum resources",the development process lacks scientific theoretical guidance;the development ability needs to be improved,due to some teachers lack the ability to collect,screen,comb,and integrate related resources in the process of curriculum resource development and in the process of teaching implementation,there is no effective habit of reflection,summary,induction and improvement,the level of curriculum resource development needs to be improved;the development energy is difficult to guarantee due to the high school teachers have heavy academic burdens,in some teachers' daily work there are often a large number of activities that are not related to teaching but take a lot of time and energy for teachers,so that teachers lack sufficient time and energy to develop high-quality curriculum resources.In response to the above questions,the author's recommendations on the development of high school biology curriculum resources mainly include:In terms of schools,schools should pay attention to the development of biological curriculum resources,in the development process,it is necessary to constantly open up their horizons and all kinds of resources related to biology teaching inside and outside the school can be utilized;effectively organize the teachers' team,and jointly develop the biology curriculum resources through rational match and division of labor between new and old teachers;promote frequent communication within the team,there is no standard answer to the development of curriculum resources,teachers should strengthen communication and collision,and find innovative points and features of curriculum resource development;the evaluation of development results needs to be objective and fair,the evaluation of results is an important segment of the test of results,it can rely on the curriculum evaluation framework to conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation of development results;development results need to be inherited,high-quality curriculum resources are valuable assets of school teaching,and can be used as an important early basis for follow-up biology teaching and curriculum resource development.In terms of teachers,first-line biology teaching teachers should actively expand the theoretical reserves of "curriculum resources" to scientifically guide their own curriculum resources development;improve daily development awareness and profoundly recognize the importance of curriculum resource development for high school biology teaching;improve resource processing capabilities,and continuously honed their ability to collect,analyze,and process information through extracurricular learning and project practice;active action to solve problems,during the course resources development process will always encounter various problems,teachers should be more active,not hindered by difficulties,complete the development of curriculum resources with high quality;to cultivate independent development habits,the development of biology is changing with each passing day,teachers need to pay attention to the frontier development of the disciplines,update their own theories and resource materials in time,and ensure the development of curriculum resources to keep pace with the times.
