School-based Curriculum Development is the very important content to the new round of cumculum reform, it's important for us to establish the school with characteristics, forester the students with creativity and individual character. That can't be replaced by the other kind of curriculum. School-based Curriculum is students based, which makes the students give full play to this creativity and individual talent, improve wholly the person's quality. It is a very good way to develop the individual character, the development of which is the starting point and the end result for today's education. So the competitive times provides guaranty and possible space for School-based Curriculum Development.The thesis aims to solve practical problem in teaching biology in senior middle school, so it tends to offer a research method which combines School-based Curriculum Development on biology. According to the theory of curriculum and the features of biology, School-based Curriculum and it's concert are determined, and also the value of School-based Curriculum Development, the target of the curriculum, the content of the curriculum, teaching method, the way of evaluation should be attempted in teaching. It tends to achieve something useful about the theoretical study and practical study about school-based curriculum.
