Research On The Management Of Scientific Research Projects In Universities

The 19 th CPC national congress put forward the requirement of "accelerating the construction of an innovation-oriented country",The country's construction demand in scientific research and innovation is also increasing day by day,and scientific research has become an important factor to promote the country's economic and technological development.With the development of scientific research in colleges and universities,improving the management level of scientific research projects in colleges and universities is of great significance to improving the quality of scientific research projects and transforming the achievements of scientific research projects.How to introduce modern management methods into the management of colleges and universities and how to further strengthen the research on the management of scientific research projects in colleges and universities are particularly necessary and important.In this context,this paper adopts literature analysis method and case study method to analyze the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars in scientific research management.By referring to foreign advanced experience and combining with the current development status of scientific research project management in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems and seeks solutions.It is hoped that starting from the characteristics of scientific research projects in colleges and universities,the project management method can be introduced in the process of scientific research project management to help the scientific research management departments in colleges and universities to strengthen management,improve efficiency,make full use of the existing resources in colleges and universities,give full play to the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel to achieve teamwork and promote the orderly and efficient conduct of scientific research.The improvement of the management level of scientific research projects in colleges and universities can promote the level of scientific research in colleges and universities,promote the development of teaching in colleges and universities,and ultimately help colleges and universities realize the improvement of competitiveness.This paper believes that the project management method can be applied to themanagement of scientific research projects in modern colleges and universities,and the management of scientific research projects in colleges and universities can be improved by controlling the four key elements in the process of project management: quality,schedule,funds and team,and establishing the management system of scientific research projects in colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper believes that targeted processes and methods should be developed according to the four key elements in the process of project management based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,and the system of scientific research project management should be constantly improved in this process,so as to provide reference opinions for colleges and universities to improve the level of scientific research project management.This paper takes CS college's scientific research project management as the case for the corresponding analysis.By referring to relevant research materials,the paper sorts out the current project management whole-process management mode of the school,finds problems from the perspective of four key elements in the process of project management,and analyzes the underlying reasons.Combined with the actual situation of CS college,this paper puts forward targeted improvement Suggestions based on the project management method.
