Research On The Construction Of Diving Social Sports Instructor's Ability Index In The Context Of Occupational Orientation

The important value of diving social sports instructors is to ensure the safety of life and property,and the active development of national fitness is mainly dependent on diving social sports instructors.This study mainly USES literature method,expert survey method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to study the ability index preparation,screening,construction and ability level of diving social sports instructors in Asia Diving Academy.The research results show that:1.The number of diving social sports instructors in Asia Diving Academy is growing rapidly.After the development of recent years,the diving social sports instructors have a considerable scale,and they have good personal conditions.2.In this paper,through the expert investigation method to establish the Asian institute of diving diving social sports guide member ability index consists of three levels of 47 ability indicators,including an overall goal,7 secondary index and 39 three-level index,step by step breakdown is characterized by various indicators show characteristics of although show the interrelated relationship between indicators,but they are independent,strong and logical relationship.3.At the present stage,the overall evaluation results of the professional abilities of social sports instructors in Asia Diving Academy are as follows: "general".These abilities are in the order from weak to strong: the diving venue management ability,learning and innovation ability,sports ability,communication and cooperation ability,rescue ability,diving skill ability and teaching ability.Among them,teaching ability,diving skill ability,rescue ability,communication and cooperation ability,sports ability,"general","weak" learning and innovation ability,"very weak" diving venue management ability.The development of capacity indicators is not in harmony with their importance and needs to be improved and strengthened.4.The research suggests that the reason for the "general" level of the diving social sports instructors' competence lies in the late and not timely implementation of the training of the diving social sports instructors in The Asian Diving Academy,and the shallow and insufficient content of the training.At the same time,the time of training is relatively short,the level of training facilities is low,and there are problems of insufficient management in the management,leading to the failure to give full play to the role of diving instructors,etc.,which is the main reason for the low level of diving instructors' ability in the college.Based on the above research results,this study proposed the following Suggestions by analyzing the research results through questionnaire and interview:First,the society and the public should pay full attention to diving social sports instructors,because they play an important role in the safety of individual life and property.Secondly,the problem of low level of diving social sports instructors in Asian Diving Academy should be taken seriously,and reasonable countermeasures should be put forward.Thirdly,there are some deficiencies in the training of diving social sports instructors in Asia Diving Academy,which need to be improved in accordance with 《the Standards of Assessment Standards and Implementation Rules for Diving Social Sports Instructors(Trial)》.Fourthly,strengthen the professional ability research of diving social sports instructors,attach importance to the ability construction of diving social sports instructors.
