| In the face of the sudden COVID-19 epidemic,in order to coordinate the prevention and control of the epidemic and school education and teaching,the Ministry of Education has deployed the working arrangement of "non-stop teaching or suspension of classes".Primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities around the country have actively carried out online learning activities,among which basic education is one of the main battlefields for the development of online learning.In the teaching activities of the school,the effect of online education in schools and the satisfaction of students are all urgent problems to be studied.From the perspective of learners,this paper studies the satisfaction of school students’ online learning during the epidemic period,and explores the construction of a model of school students’ online learning satisfaction.This has important application value for school to carry out online education activities in a better and more effective way.Based on the theory of constructivism,expectation confirmation theory and incentive theory,using literature analysis,investigation method,statistical analysis method and structural equation model analysis to build online learning satisfaction model of school students,and obtain the optimal model by fitting correction.Through to verify this hypothesis,analysis data,to understand the current situation of school students to online learning satisfaction.Against the problems puts forward some countermeasures to improve online learning satisfaction.Due to the current research results of online learning satisfaction are unbalanced in different learning stages,there are even interruptions between different learning stages.By analyzing the current information about online learning and satisfaction at home and abroad,collecting the current mainstream satisfaction models,combine the physical and mental characteristics of school students.Finally,an initial structural equation model of school students’ online learning satisfaction is constructed to meet the needs of this study.The initial model includes five variables: learner expectation,perceived interaction,perceived quality,perceived value and learner satisfaction.The data collected from the online learning satisfaction scale of school students matched with the model were distributed,and the relevant statistical analysis of the data was carried out with the help of SPSS 25.0 to understand the implementation status of online learning.It was found that there was a certain gap between the gender and grade of school students’ online learning satisfaction.At the same time,it is found that in the current online learning development,school students’ satisfaction with online learning is not high,the main reason is that the interactive activities,learning quality,learning efficiency and learning effect in the process of carrying out activities are not ideal.IBM SPSS AMOS 26 was used to fit the model,modify and verify relevant assumptions.Through the research,the online satisfaction model of school students is obtained,and it is found that the three factors of perceived interaction,perceived quality and perceived value are directly influencing the online learning satisfaction,and the influence of learners’ expectation on the satisfaction is mainly realized through the influence of perceived interaction,perceived value and perceived quality.On this basis,this study combines the three direct factors of perceived interaction,perceived value and perceived quality with demographic variables to explore relevant strategies to improve the satisfaction of school students in online learning.From the perspective of perceptual interaction,two points are proposed.One is to pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students,enhance the sense of presence in learning;Second,optimize platform configuration and build real-time interactive bridge.From the perspective of perceived value,two points are put forward.One is to improve the sense of learning acquisition from the perspective of demand;Second,home-school cooperation to improve learning efficiency.From the perspective of perceived quality,this paper puts forward two points: one is to enrich curriculum resources and improve curriculum quality;The second is to improve teachers’ information literacy and teaching design ability. |
