The 21 st century is the era of digitalization,and with the development of digital transformation,the construction of "digital China" has been an essential part of the national strategy.Digital education has made great progress under the integration and innovation of digital technology and education.As an important form of digital education,online education in adult higher continuing education has made significant contributions to promoting the reform of digital education in China,but also has problems such as unclear positioning and low quality of talent training.Adult online education adopts online teaching,which will inevitably lead to poor learning outcomes if adult students are unable to adapt.Furthermore,it will affect the quality of talent training for continuing education in higher education.This study will explore the adaptability of learners of higher education continuing education to online learning in the new era,analyze the influencing factors and constituent elements of their adaptability,propose targeted intervention strategies for learners with different adaptations,in order to provide reference and support for improving the learning effect of learners and improving the quality of talent training of higher education continuing education.Firstly,combined with the current research status,five influencing factors of online learning adaptability of adult education learners are proposed,namely psychological capital,teacher support,platform courses,working family support,career development needs,and four components for assessing adaptability,namely learning attitude,learning ability,learning communication,and physical and mental health.Then,based on the theoretical framework of S-O-R and combined with the characteristics of adult learning,a hypothetical model of the influencing factors of adult learners’ online learning adaptability is constructed.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data of the influencing factors and constituent elements,the hypothesis test of the model was carried out,the verification model and standardized path coefficients were obtained,and the specific effect values of different influencing factors on the adaptability of online learning were obtained.At the same time,based on the survey results of the constituent elements,the level of learning adaptive elements of students is obtained through the Rasch model,according to which different combination modes of subjects’ adaptability are obtained,and personalized adaptive diagnosis is realized in combination with the child’s diagram.Finally,through the correlation analysis between the influencing factors and the constituent elements,corresponding intervention strategies are designed for the more frequent personalized adaptive patterns. |
