finally makes students become the master of learning.At the same time,the rise of small class teaching and its promotion in the whole country provide fertile soil for cooperative learning,create more favorable conditions for cooperative learning to promote the comprehensive and personalized development of students,implement the teaching organization form of group cooperative learning in small class teaching,undoubtedly inject fresh "blood" into the traditional classroom full of teaching mode ",showing infinite vitality.The ideal is very full,but the reality is very bony.From the perspective of the current situation of small class education in China,there are two types of small class in the implementation of small class education in China:one is natural small class,which is formed by natural factors such as population migration.At present,it mainly exists in schools with small number of students,aging teacher structure and weak teachers in rural and county-level cities in China;the other is subjective small class,which is carried out by local governments The subjective small class mainly exists in the key schools in the coastal developed cities.However,with the gradual increase of the population and the increase of migrant workers,the number of children moving to the city also increases,resulting in the high number of students in the urban schools.At the same time,the promotion of the national education balance policy makes it difficult to promote the small class teaching to the whole country.However,due to various reasons,the number of students in rural areas is greatly reduced,which provides a good condition for the implementation of small class teaching,even with such unique advantages.In view of this,the Education Bureau of the jurisdiction where the school is located issued a document in 2015,in order to implement small class teaching pilot in some rural schools.As one of the pilot schools,the school where the author is located wants to borrow This opportunity is to study cooperative learning in small class teaching of moral and rule of law in rural junior middle school.With the reform of the ideological and political course in junior high school,the political textbook in junior high school has changed from the original "Ideological and mural" to the current "morality and rule of law".The content,overall framework and the whole ideological system of the textbook have changed a lot.The author finds that the teaching materials of "morality and rule of law" and the teaching mode of cooperative learning of small class teaching are very consistent,that is to say,under the mode of small class teaching,the course of "morality and rule of law" is very suitable for cooperative communication activities.However,the author found that,first,compared with the number of physical and chemical aspects,the school attaches less importance to the course of "morality and rule of law";second,the age structure of political teachers in rural junior middle school is aging,and most of them are fast retired and non political professional teachers,that is,the rural junior middle school political teachers' team is non professional;third,the traditional teaching method of rural teachers mainly focuses on Teaching for a long time,in a short time It's hard to change your teaching methods.Although the local education bureau vigorously promotes the small class teaching in the countryside,the teachers have to carry out the small class teaching cooperative learning teaching mode.However,due to various obstacles described above,the author hopes to study various problems in the small class teaching of moral and rule of law in the rural junior middle school,find out the causes of the problems,and finally
