| Since entering the new century,China has launched a new round of teaching reform.In the reform,layer teaching has become a new hot topic.Layer teaching has been experimented by many schools and achieved many good teaching results.Layer teaching is of great significance in popularization,which points out the direction of the new curriculum reform.There are many scholars at home and abroad to study the theory of stratified teaching,and have made many research results.However,there is little systematic and detailed experience summary and Research on how to apply these theories to practice.First,this paper analyzes the necessity of the research on the practical problems of stratified teaching,and introduces the policies in the national new curriculum reform.The policy clearly put forward to carry out the reform of stratified teaching.The significance of this research in the new era and new curriculum reform is shown at the national level and the social education reality level.Then,through the collection of literature and journal papers,the author sorts out the previous research results related to stratified teaching,and expounds the related research of this topic,to clarify the research status of stratified teaching,determine the research starting point of this paper,and avoid repeated research and idle work in this study.Then the author simply makes a clear analysis and definition of the related concepts of layered teaching,and lists the theoretical support of layered teaching practice,such as the theory of recent development zone,the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of mastering learning,the theory of teaching process optimization,etc.Based on the teaching practice and some related educational theories,the author thinks that in order to achieve the success of stratified teaching,some principles must be followed,such as the development of all students,the all-round development of students,the optimization of teaching process,the reasonable participation of all subjects,etc.If the practice of stratified teaching does not follow these principles,it can be considered that there are problems and deviations.These principles establish the evaluation criteria for the following author's teaching practice.Then the author briefly expounds several common modes that are generally recognized by the academic circles at present,such as the "layered interaction"mode of classroom teaching,the layered mode of in class teaching,the layered monitoring mode of ability target,the "individualized" learning mode,the layered class walking mode,etc.In order to carry out the stratified teaching successfully in our country,the author chooses two kinds of widely used stratified teaching modes-"layered interaction" mode in classroom teaching and layered mode in class "in order to combine his own conditions,carefully selects experimental classes and carries out the pilot practice of teaching.The author also makes a detailed record of the preparation plan of the whole practice process,various problems in the early and middle stages of the practice,studies various problems in the practice,and puts forward some concrete and effective measures with strong operability.In the end,the author makes an experience summary and in-depth analysis of the problems and measures in the completely experimental process. |
