Tai Chi is one of the important types of Chinese martial arts.Promoting and developing Tai Chi have become the demand of the times.One of the effective ways to develop Tai Chi is to carry out Tai Chi courses in universities,which will allow more young people to practice it.However,more and more students are losing interest in it for multiple reasons,such as the boring content and single teaching method.Therefore,how to solve such an issue has become a vital problem in the development of Tai Chi in universities.At present,in the process of Tai Chi teaching in colleges and universities,students generally have the situation of "no exclusion,no objection,no participation",mainly because the course content is single,the teaching method is outdated,and simple exercises are difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of students.Artistic conception is an inherent beauty inherent in martial arts.In the current Tai Chi teaching process,it rarely involves the introduction of artistic conception.Therefore,using artistic conception as a breakthrough,it should help students to re-recognize Tai Chi and achieve a better teaching effect.In this essay,the involvement of artistic conception in the Tai Chi teaching process has been taken as major research.Empirical research has been carried out to explore this teaching method's effects on teaching results,and to testify it as an effective teaching method in the Tai Chi teaching process.During the research,a comparative experimental method between experimental group and control group has been adopted.The involvement of artistic conception has been used in teaching Tai Chi in the experimental group while the control group has been taught through the traditional teaching method.After 32 class hours'experiment,the teaching results have been evaluated from various perspectives,such as knowledge,techniques,emotional attitudes and so on.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The involvement of artistic conception in the teaching process can help students master knowledge and techniques,which will allow them to know Tai Chi better and practice it better.(2)The involvement of artistic conception in the teaching process can improve students attitudes towards Tai Chi courses.Although it could not totally change the previous situation that students are not willing to practice Tai Chi,it makes them start to change the misconception of Tai Chi,and gradually participate in Tai Chi practice.(3)Compared to the traditional teaching method,the involvement of artistic conception in the teaching process works relatively effective in improving teaching results.
