This paper takes Zhejiang Province primary school ink painting education as the research object.Based on the analysis of traditional ink painting teaching,the new meaning of the “artistic conception” is given in the primary school painting teaching which is helpful to develop students interested in painting and improve the quality of ink painting teaching.Chinese ink painting has a long history which is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Its unique aesthetic and creative methods not only greatly affect the people's hobby,but also become the focus of attention at home and abroad.In recent years,ink and wash painting has gradually been introduced into primary school art courses which aimed to advocate children to learn the essence of Chinese traditional culture and understand the national painting form and have great significance for the successful development of aesthetic education in primary schools.The author is a graduate student major in art education.In the process of educational practice,the author has a great interest in the teaching of ink painting in primary schools.The author found some problems in teaching.For example the teaching methods of ink and wash techniques are difficult to grasp,and students' interest in ink painting is not high.But in the process of practice,it is also found that teachers can greatly increase the students' learning enthusiasm and improve their learning efficiency by adopting appropriate teaching strategies.Daintily the artistic conception,the thought emotion and artistic realm of the painter are expressed by the Chinese ink painting which always caused strong resonance and influence in appreciators.It is also the course of wash painting and the purpose of aesthetic education in primary school.In the traditional teaching mode of ink and wash painting,the students' learning methods mainly focus on copying and drawing which can not adapt the children psychological development and showing the wrong characteristics of adult.In this paper,the artistic conception and teaching ingenious are combined in teaching and the artistic creation strategies were studied from three aspects include artistic conception,artistic taste and artistic creation to enhance students' aesthetic quality and In the field of “modeling and expression” in primary school art teaching,the teaching of ink painting is more close to the ability of the students to develop in an all-round way.
