With the accelerated pace of global economic integration,the development of the “Belt and Road” and the establishment of a “community of human destiny”,society has increasingly demanded international talents.With the continuous improvement of China's national economic strength and the increase of per capita disposable income,international study tours present a strong market demand.In addition to the international training of students by institutions of higher Education,more and more parents are also focusing on foreign education resources with advanced education concepts.As domestic study trip is included in the scope of primary and secondary education,continuous reform of quality education,the students who attend the international study tours students are becoming younger and younger.The situation has changed,from the parents who were willing to send the kid to study abroad at first that they would like their children to try if the students can adapt to studying abroad and living abroad by participating in international study tours.It has change to,in a long vacation especially the summer vacation,parents hope children can use the vacation to experience in different countries and regions with Different cultures,to broadened horizons,to exercise their independent ability and enhance children's confidence in language learning through international study tours.This article defines and divides study tours,study trips and international study tours.It is based on STP marketing theory,7P service marketing mix theory and Cooper's experiential learning theory.The object of this study is Toronto Catholic Distract School Board(TCDSB)in Canada,and author did field research in Toronto.This article analyzes the current status of the TCDSB project,finds the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and risks of TCCDSB project,analysis it by SWOT analysis method,used questionnaires survey and interviews with related experts,to propose related strategies for the TCDSBinternational study tour project.It is proposed following optimization strategies for the current market development of the TCDSB international study tour project.To use the TCDSB international study tour as a bridge to build a platform for China-Canada communication,from the one way that elementary and secondary school students attend the international study tour in Toronto to a two-way international study tour,from a single elementary and secondary school market to a diversified international study tour market without age limited,to segment the market;to enrich product's combination based on advantage resources;to enhance the experiences before,during and after the international study tours;to strength marketing efforts to expand marketing channels;to strengthen employee business learning,standardization and optimization the working procedures.
