Junior middle school mathematics classroom management in junior middle school mathematics teaching effect has a direct impact,effective classroom management can create a good learning environment for students,for teachers to promote the mathematical teaching activities to provide security,prompting a sharp rise in the quality of junior middle school mathematics teaching,also to ensure that students get comprehensive development in math class.Of course,in the classroom management of junior middle school mathematics,although the teacher is the active manager and the student is the subject of the manager,both of them are indispensable,and the behavior of either party will have an impact on the classroom management.Therefore,this paper adopts questionnaire survey,literature analysis and other research methods to analyze their performance in middle school mathematics classroom teaching management from the two levels of teachers and students,discuss their problems and propose solutions.In the survey,it is found that there are three problems in the classroom management of junior middle school mathematics,namely,problems at the teacher level.Problems at the level of students,that is,students' interest in learning in mathematics class is not high,learning habits are not good,mathematics learning strategy is missing;The environmental problems mainly include low utilization rate of hardware equipment,unreasonable seating arrangement,and lack of mathematical knowledge.In view of the existing problems of classroom management,this paper explores the reasons,mainly including four aspects.First,the classroom management system is not perfect;Second,the lack of correct teaching management concept;Third,students in the classroom lack of the main position;Fourth,teachers do not pay attention to the classroom teaching environment.In order to improve the status quo of middle school mathematics classroom teaching management and improve students' interest in and effect of mathematics learning,this paper proposes four improvement strategies,that is,to build an effective mathematics classroom teaching management system;To improve the professional level of junior middle school mathematics teachers;Give play to the main role of students in the mathematics class;Optimize the math classroom environment in junior high school.
