Under the guidance of the modern education and teaching concept of "Core Literacy",further requirements have been put forward for teachers' teaching means and education level in the new era,it needs to change from the traditional "teacher lectures,students listen to lecture" to the interactive teaching mode in which students can actively participate and give full play to their initiative.The interactive teaching in junior middle school is a hot issue in the new curriculum reform,and it is a teaching model to encourage students to study actively under the guidance of teachers.The implementation of teacher-student interaction teaching model in the process of mathematics classroom teaching in junior middle school is conducive to promoting the development of students' subjectivity and cultivating high-quality and all-round developing modern talents,it makes teaching an important process to realize the mutual development of teachers and students in the interaction of knowledge,emotion,Spirit and thought.At present,in order to promote the development of cooperation,innovation and problem-solving ability of the students,the interactive teaching mode is gradually used in the mathematics classroom of junior middle school in many areas of our country.But in the middle school mathematics teaching process some schools also have the teacher management consciousness not strong,the classroom management effect is not good and so on the question,therefore the interactive teaching superiority can not well manifest,on the contrary,it has produced some adverse effects,diverting the students' attention and dissipating their study discipline.Therefore,how to strengthen classroom management in order to improve the efficiency of classroom management to promote teaching is the urgent need of current teaching practice.Based on the theories of group dynamics,path-goal and humanism,this paper analyzes the literature on Interactive Teaching and classroom management at home and abroad,based on the characteristics of psychological development and physiological development of junior middle school students,this paper investigates the junior middle school mathematics teachers and students of grade two in four schools in Shenzhen.During the research,teachers' questionnaire and students' questionnaire were set up,and one teacher from each school was interviewed.The following questions were put forward: What is the status of interactive teaching in junior middle school? What are the main problems of classroom management in Interactive Teaching? What are the factors that affect the classroommanagement of mathematics interactive teaching in junior middle school? What are the feasible measures to improve the classroom management of interactive teaching? From the perspectives of teacher-student cognition,classroom environment management,classroom discipline management and classroom management,this paper investigates the current situation of classroom management under the interactive teaching mode of mathematics in junior middle school,and analyzes the existing problems At the same time,with the consent of teachers,classroom observation learning was carried out.The results show that the main problems existing in the management of mathematics classroom in junior middle school are:the large number of students in the class,the fixed seating arrangement,the lack of vivid classroom teaching scene,the low initiative of students,the low interactive evaluation of teachers,and the single interactive form of teachers in teaching,the interactive subject is few,the interactive time is few,the teaching content and the process can not arouse the student's interest fully,the interactive teaching superiority can not display fully.The reasons for these problems are classroom setting,teachers' management style and students' interest in learning,subject characteristics,classroom management,etc..Based on the research,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the classroom management of Interactive Teaching: In creating interactive environment and implementing classroom management,it puts forward four suggestions: first,teachers should manage democratically and guide students to learn actively;The second is to pay attention to listening,timely evaluation and feedback;the third is to improve the quality of teachers and promote interactive teaching;the fourth is to establish a sense of people-oriented teachers.In the aspect of improving teaching and classroom management,the following strategies are put forward: First,strengthening the training of teachers' teaching management ability;second,improving teachers' teaching control ability;The fourth is to cultivate students' interest in mathematics learning,and the fifth is to establish the norms of interactive behavior between teachers and students.
