The problem of teachers professional pressure is not only related to the physical and mental health of teachers,but also affects the education and teaching.Excessive professional pressure has a negative impact on Teachers' psychology and physiology,and teachers' teaching work and students' healthy development will be gradually permeated by these negative effects.Students are the future of our country,and the negative effects of these negative effects are immeasurable.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and explore the causes of primary school teachers'occupational pressure and relieve it from school management.This article mainly takes the teachers of three primary schools in Tongliao City as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,it investigates the status and causes of the occupational pressure of primary school teachers,and proposes school management countermeasures to alleviate the occupational pressure of primary school teachers.The results of the survey indicate that among the three schools,there are the following problems of primary school teachers' occupational pressure,the problems of school management philosophy,the problems of student learning and management,the pressure of interpersonal relationships,work overload and the pressure of self-development.According to the survey results and the analysis of progress interview teachers,there are five main causes of primary school teachers' professional pressure,lack of service awareness in school management;one-sided pursuit of student test results;interpersonal communication and communication obstruction;complicated work content;incomplete evaluation mechanism.Proceeding from the current situation and causes of elementary school teachers'professional pressure,four strategies for school management are proposed:implement humanized management to alleviate teacher's professional pressure;establish a scientific management model to decompose teacher's professional pressure;create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere and release Teachers' professional pressure;make good use of incentives to turn pressure into motivation.
