Analysis Of The Jin Zhong Elders' Intention And Influencing Factors About Living In Institutions

The aging of China's population continues to deepen,the average household size decreases and the frequent migration of migrant workers have led to the weakening of the family pension function.The family structure miniaturization,thecore,the empty nested makes our country endowment burden increasingly heavy.In order to deal with this problem,China has established a social old-age service system based on the home,supported by the community and supplemented byinstitutions,through increasing support to promote the healthy development of institutional old-age care.In the background of ageing,it is found that jinzhong city is facing the same reality of old-age pension,and the role of institutional old-age pension can not be ignored.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the endowment willingness of rural elderly institutions in Jinzhong City.In this paper,207 valid questionnaires were collected from rural elderly people over 60 years of age in JinZhong.This paper selects 17 variables in four levels: individual characteristics,family characteristics,subjective normative characteristics,and cognition of old-age institutions,and uses SPSS software to analyze the dual Logic regression of old-age institutions in rural areas of JinZhong City.On the variable choice of the institution's cognition,this paper adds the cognition of the institution's interpersonal relationship,which is also the innovation of this article.The results show that,Lower willingness of rural elderly institutions in Jinzhong,and age,level of education,residence status,family monthly incomelevel,awareness of interpersonal relationships in pension institutions for the elderly has positive statistical significance;attitude of children has negative statisticalsignificance.Other explanations about the willingness of rural elderly institution in JinZhong City to support the elderly show that,cost is the primary constraint,older persons are in greater need of daily care and rehabilitation,Old-age institutions are less publicized.According to the empirical results and other explanations for the elderly in rural areas,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the pension institutions in JinZhong City,including transforming the ideas of the elderly;Strengthen the construction and publicity of old-age institutions;Increase preferential policies for old-age institutions;Enriching the service content of old-ageinstitutions;Encouraging social capital participation.Through these suggestions,we will continuously improve the development of pension institutions in JinZhong City,thereby increasing the willingness of old-age institutions and easing the pension burden.
