As one of the official events of the World Games,Korfball is recognized by the International Olympic Committee as the only team ball game in which men and women compete together.In the short 15 years since its introduction to China,Korfball has achieved excellent results at home.In particular,in 2019,The Chinese team achieved the best performance in the history of Korfball in South Africa.The rapid development of China's Olympic Games is called "miracle" by the World Olympic Games and has attracted the attention of countries all over the world.However,with the improvement of the performance,with the increase of the training intensity and the increase of the physical training load,the phenomenon of elite athletes sports injuries is more frequent.The injury of athletes greatly affects their performance on the field of play.How to reduce sports injury and improve the effect of sports training has become an urgent problem to be solved in training practice.Therefore,some scholars and coaches have introduced different training methods in order to improve the effect of sports training.Considering that junior high school students have not been in contact with the ball for a long time and are in the initial stage of contact and participation in the ball competition,physical training has not been finalized and there is no physical injury caused by sports training.Therefore,it is of research significance to select 76 athletes from Zhengzhou for physical training.It can be analyzed whether functional training can comprehensively improve the physical quality of students in the stage of youth pellet training,so as to further improve the development level of pellet and its influence to junior middle school.Literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,to seventy-six middle school of zhengzhou city junior high school of ball as experimental object,the subjects divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group and functional training methods,control group 12 people with traditional training method for 12 weeks of physical training.Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness and functional screening data of the experimental group and the control group were measured respectively,and SPSS software was used for analysis and processing.Finally,the following research results are obtained:One,before and after the experiment of functional screening in the experimental group and control group in average of all the indexes are improved,the overall use of functional training scheme of the experimental group in the squat,of shoulder joint flexibility,stability,stable torso push-ups,straight legs active service metrics such as P values are less than 0.05,the functional training program has a significant effect on these indicators;The P value of lunge was 0.052 > 0.05,and the P value of hurdle step was 0.065 > 0.05.There was no significant effect of functional training program on lunge and hurdle step.In the control group,the P value of the traditional physical training program was 0.019 for shoulder joint flexibility and 0.012 for trunk stable push-ups,which was less than 0.05.It was judged that the traditional physical training program had certain influence on these two indexes,but had no obvious influence on other indexes.It is preliminarily concluded that functional training can effectively improve the physical stability and coordination of the athletes.2.From the changes in physical fitness before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the P value of strength quality in the experimental group using the functional training program is 0.036 for male students and 0.027 for female students.The P value of sensitive quality and flexibility quality was 0.021 and 0.003 respectively,both less than 0.05.Therefore,it can be judged that functional training has a significant impact on the strength quality,sensitivity quality and flexibility quality of junior high school lotus ball players.In the control group,except for the P value of strength quality of male students(0.004)and the P value of strength quality of female students(0.015),which were all less than 0.05,the P value of flexibility quality was 0.025,and the P value of all other physical qualities was greater than 0.05,indicating that the traditional training formula had a significant influence on the improvement of strength quality and flexibility quality.Three,power quality,endurance quality,flexible quality,sensitive quality,speed quality and ball passing,shooting and other technical movements are closely linked,with functional training of experimental physical ascension will conduct to the ball game,to ensure that Korfball play ball player skills,effectively improve Korfball ball competitive level.It is believed that functional training has positive effects on improving the physical fitness of junior high school hoops players,and also affects their performance on the field.Therefore,in the future physical training of junior high school Dutch players,functional training methods can be considered into the training system to effectively improve the training program;Secondly,functional training programs need to scientifically select training methods.In order to ensure that training programs are targeted,experts' views can be fully taken into account,physical training contents can be selected and training loads can be designed.Finally,the influence of functional training on the physical fitness of junior high school students means that through in-depth analysis of the physical fitness problems of the ball,targeted physical training can be selected to further promote the improvement of the level of the game.
