In recent years, college student associations have shown rapid development, and the number and types of associations have grown significantly. As an important part of university campus life, student associations are a powerful carrier for spreading campus culture and carrying out ideological and political education for college students. However, the loss of the association members will seriously restrict its future development. In addition to the normal withdrawal of senior students, why does the participation of lower-level students' club activities show a downward trend as the number of activities increases,Personnel loss? Why do college students have different attitudes towards club activities before and after? This article attempts to explore the reasons for college students to withdraw from the club, and to explain the problem of the loss of club personnel. This article regards the reasons for college students' withdrawal from the association as the research object, adopts literature analysis and interview method, conducts in-depth interviews with association participants, and analyzes the relationship between the needs of association participants and the supply of the association.Through sorting out the interview materials,It is found that the withdrawal of college students is influenced by dual factors and exhibits the following three characteristics through the analysis of the interview materials.First, the member's withdrawal behavior is universal;second, the member's withdrawal time is centralized;third, the member's withdrawal form is random. The research explores the reasons for the member withdrawal by analyzing the relationship between the demands of the community participants and the supply which the community provides. It is found there is a problem about supply and demand dislocation, and this misplacement is one of the reasons which result in the member withdrawal from the community. The characteristics of supply and demand dislocation exhibit as follow:First, the dislocation between the demand for high-quality activities and the supply of low-quality activities of the community;second, the dislocation between the high expectations of the community and the lack of the ability of the community leaders. In order to solve the withdrawal problem I propose two approaches in view of the above research findings which combined with the existing development experience.First, the internal community should improve the exiting measurements, establish the policy of long-term activity feedback, implement the procedure for cadre selection and replacement, and learn from the development experiences of excellent associations.Second,it is necessary to give full play to the College Youth League Committee to manage the student associations, and clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the Community Federation.Only the combination of internal response and external help can effectively improve the development environment of the association so as to alleviate the pressure of the loss of association personnel and promote the healthy development of student association.
