The pre-school period is a critical period for the formation and development of children's gender roles.The gender concepts and gender roles acquired in this period are of great significance for children's psychological development,social communication and the formation of a complete and healthy intersex personality.In the process of development,children are influenced by a variety of education,such as family,kindergarten and society.Therefore,gender education in kindergartens is particularly important.Teachers' scientific and correct gender education can help enrich children's gender cognition,improve children's awareness of gender equality,reduce or even eliminate gender stereotypes in their concepts,and ultimately help to cultivate children's androgynous personality.However,at present,kindergartens generally pay insufficient attention to intersex education,and teachers also have some problems in the teaching process,ignoring the importance of gender education to children's intersex development.Through the internship experience in the kindergarten,the researcher takes the behavior of teachers in the daily life as the research object,and conducts a field investigation on the development of gender education in the kindergarten from the perspective of intersex,so as to find out problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.First of all,this paper mainly expounds the reasons for the topic selection of the research,through sorting out the relevant literature of gender education in kindergartens to enrich the theoretical knowledge,proposes the innovative points of the research on the basis of the previous research,determines the research methods,and further discusses the purpose and significance of the research,the research contents and methods.Secondly,the researchers will nursery school sex education under a double gender Angle of view to carry out the present situation of the relevant investigation,this part introduces in detail the researchers in the field observation and visiting four and the state of gender education in kindergarten,mainly through a day in the life each link and teacher education behavior observed in all sorts of games,understand the teacher young interaction occurred in the process of gender education random guidance and education effect.Thirdly,from the perspective of intersex education,this paper makes an in-depth analysisof the current situation of gender education in kindergartens.Based on the field investigation,the researcher summarized the problems in the implementation of gender education in kindergartens and analyzed the causes.From the perspective of teachers' own concept and behavior,there are some problems such as unreasonable concept of gender education,unreasonable content of education and inappropriate methods of education.In addition,teachers are influenced by their own fixed gender concept,and there are some gender stereotypes in material environment creation.Finally,by integrating and analyzing relevant research data,researchers combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience to form their own research conclusions.This part mainly introduces the article in order to solve the problems mentioned above,and puts forward the corresponding guidance and Suggestions on how to carry out the intersex education scientifically and correctly in the current kindergartens,so as to provide help for effectively improving the quality of teachers' intersex education.
