Postgraduate education,as the top of national education,is not only the main source of high-level talents,but also an important symbol of the potential of scientific research and a solid foundation to enhance the strength of scientific research.For a period time,the scale of postgraduate students in China has continued to expand,although it has added academic vitality,it has brought challenges to the quality of postgraduate education.In recent years,the problem of academic moral in colleges and universities has been frequently disclosed,and the academic moral level of postgraduate students is worrisome.At the same time,strengthening the construction of academic morality of postgraduate students and cultivating their good academic morality has become a common consensus in academic circles and other sectors of society.The author's investigation and analysis believes that the reasons for graduate academic moral misconduct are very complicated.In addition to internal,digging its deep causes from the outside is largely due to the improper debugging of many important relationship in the training mechanism.The emergence of this problem is not simply caused by a person in a certain bureau,but is the result of a mutual game between graduate students themselves,universities,and academic journals.Taking some colleges and universities in Shandong Province as an example,this thesis studies the academic moral cultivation mechanism of postgraduate students an present,which is from the perspective of game theory and assisted by questionnaires and interviews.This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of postgraduate students' academic morality.Define the concept and content of academic morality,the key qualities of academic morality,and the theoretical basis of game theory,so as to lay the foundation for the following analysis of theory and investigation.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of postgraduate students' academic morality.Through questionnaires and interviews,this thesis conducts a survey of postgraduate students in some universities in Shandong Province,and makes an analysis and explanation of the date results.The third part is the game analysis of academic moral misconduct.From the game analysis between postgraduate students and universities,postgraduate students and academic journals,and postgraduate students groups,this part explores the deep-seated reasons that affect the academic moral level of postgraduate students,including unreasonable academic evaluation system,imperfect academic moral punishment mechanism,lack of educational guidance and other factors,which will directly or indirectly affect the academic moral level of postgraduate students.This will lay a theoretical for the next chapter-the construction of cultivation mechanism of postgraduate students' academic morality.The fourth part is to formulating the cultivation mechanism of postgraduate academic morality according to the game theory and interview analysis.Starting from the four aspects of education mechanism,incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism and legal mechanism to build a scientific and effective academic moral cultivation mechanism based on the characteristics of colleges,so as to provide reference for the construction of academic morality.
