Academic atmosphere always is the key issue of education reform concerning in China. It’s a reference referring to develop high-quality talent and improve level of scientific research. Strengthen the construction of academic atmosphere is necessary demand for Chinese high education development even the whole economic society. Postgraduate education is an important way to fostering high quality, high technology and high level talent. Postgraduate is the backbone force of academic research, furthermore, academic atmosphere is the core content of postgraduate developing and reforming. Honest and correct academic atmosphere is the fundamental insurance to improve whole postgraduate quality and foster academic research and technology innovate talent. However, with the expansion of postgraduate education and the increased of talent, some academic atmosphere problems are beginning emerged, such as postgraduate’s academic corruption, paper copying, learning attitude distorting and so on. The phenomenon is worrying. So, solving these problems and breaking down kinds of system barriers is imperative. Constructivistic learning theory was gradually populate in educate area from 20 century 80 years. Now it has been the mainstream theory of international scientific education reforming. Constructivistic learning theory is a kind of educating-learning philosophy, and it is a new knowledge view and learning view on educational area. Constructivistic learning theory emphasizes students study independent, and needs to provide good environment to study by themselves. It provides clear responsibility and functional guiding for teachers and students. So constructivistic learning theory has important significances to reform postgraduate education and construct postgraduate academic atmoshpere.In that, this paper according on the constructivistic learning theory to deeply research management mechanism of postgraduate academic atmosphere in China. First, this paper collects and evaluates the existing research conclusion, introduces constructivistic learning theory’s main content and amylases it’s significance. Second, this paper chooses a university in Shenyang to be sample, has been investigating it about postgraduate academic atmosphere construction. Then with analyze and summarize results, give some problems and affecting factors of Chinese postgraduate academic atmosphere construction. Finally, according investigating analysis results, this paper constructs management mechanism of postgraduate academic atmosphere construction.
