A Comparative Study Of The Operational Management Of Sustainable Scholarships Between Chinese And English Universtives

In foreign countries,it is very common for companies,groups and individuals to donate scholarships to support higher education,and large donations are usually established as perpetual scholarships to sustain their long-term funding.Due to the relatively late start of the sustainable scholarships in China's colleges and universities,the small-scale,sustainable scholarships to support teachers and students,and the important role of expanding school funding sources have not been fully utilized.This paper selects the domestic A university B scholarship and the University of Oxford's Rhodes scholarship as the research object.Through literature research and comparative research methods,it is found that there are problems such as organizational double administrative management and insufficient professionals in the management of A university B scholarship.This paper analyzes the reasons behind these problems.On this basis,it proposes the management and optimization of the sustainable scholarships such as the establishment of market-oriented functional organizations,promotes the development of sustainable scholarships in China,and gives full play to the sustainable scholarships.Teachers and students funded and expanded the sources of funding for colleges and universities.
