Study On The Operation Mechanism And Management Of University Students’ Network Association

With the development of the internet technologies and the university students’growing demands for diversified communications, network association has been the new development tendency of the university students’ association.This has had a profound influence on the development of group of university students in the field of study, living and entertainment. Network association plays an important role in university student education and management. The topic of the thesis is operation mechanism and management strategy of university students’ network association. Large numbers of literature data and education related theoretical knowledge has been gained, and this thesis makes a further study on university students’ network association.Based on the study of university students’ network association connotation, types and characteristics, this research finds that:University students’network association has the problems of unstable members, hard to guide, relatively backward management.University students’ network association set interests and needs of college students as original motive. It sets social culture as its tie, through the interaction of members to promote association development. The maintenance mainly includes basic maintenance, culture maintenance and development maintenance. It runs through the operation mechanism of university students’ network association. Also,it is the bond force that make the university students network association operate and develop lastingly.The operation mechanism of university students’ network association mainly includes five parts:basic operation mechanism, psychodynamics motive mechanism, competition promotion mechanism and feedback mechanism.Through this research, this thesis puts forward some education administrative strategy on guiding ideology, maintenance, operation mechanism and existing problems to achieve the close connection between university students’network association and university management. This thesis hopes to make the operation mechanism of university students’ network association operate smoothly and guide the healthy development of the students’ network association, the stability and harmony of the colleges and universities.
