Educational equality is the focus of current society.In the course of constant exploration,a variety of education modes have been developed to satisfy the society's pursuit of educational equality.Ethnic minority preparatory education is an important part of higher education in our country.It promotes the political,economical and social development of ethnic areas,and it also provides an important talent security.Ethnic minority preparatory education is the important and special way to realize education equality.Guizhou province started ethnic minority preparatory education from 1953,and more than 60 years of development has made remarkable achievements.It has provides a large number of qualified undergraduate students for the universities.This paper is based on the ethnic minority preparatory education of Guizhou University,Guizhou Minzu University and Kaili University.On the basis of extensive research and rational thinking,it use relevant theories of sociology of education to discuss the present situation and existing problems of universities in Guizhou ethnic minority preparatory education.In the first chapter,the introduction part adopts the methods of literature analysis and interviews,and questionnaire survey.In view of the importance of educational equality,background and development of ethnic minority preparatory education.Under the background of underdevelopment in Guizhou province,the development of ethnic minority preparatory education is faced with problems,and the writer puts forward the general idea.In the second chapter,according to the evolution of John Rawls "principle of justice",and Chu Hongqi's content of the educational equality principle,the paper puts forward the introduction of the principle of "educational equality"(the principle of equality,difference principle,compensation principle)as the theory basis of this article.The third chapter introduce the history and the performance of ethnic minority preparatory education in Guizhou province.It also analysis under the background of higher education scale expansion,ethnic minority preparatory education of Guizhou will face with the problem of not adapting to the development of higher education.According to the educational equality principle designs basic rules of questionnaire,then analysis of the questionnaire and interview,the fourth chapter mainly discusses the questions in the development process of ethnic minority preparatory education,such as teaching management,teaching staff,teaching attachments,curriculum provision,and undergraduate education cohesion problems.On the basis of the principle of educational equality and the problems existing in the ethnic minority preparatory education of universities,the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions,such as specification management,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,innovation teaching methods,scientific and reasonable training plan and enhancing students' comprehensive quality and so on.In the conclusion part,the paper sum up the whole paper.What's more,we hope that the paper could provide useful experience for the further development of ethnic minority preparatory education in Guizhou province.
