The shot is a combination of strength and speed of high outbreak, which is also a nonperiodic throwing sport event. Over a hundred of years of continuous development, its skilled movement of throwing and putting the shot keep perfecting and maturing. As a professional institute which focuses on the education of PE teacher, its athletes majoring in shot have to face the huge gap between themselves and the some outstanding domestic and foreign athletes in sporty skills and competition results. This phenomenon inspired me to consult the related documentary, finding that shot major in sports institute are lacking in further systematic and skill training guidance. There remains the traditional teaching method called “The master initiates the apprentices, but their skill depends on their own efforts.†Therefore, to standardize the shotting skills and make it more scientific will serve as a key issue in improve our shotting education in PE and sports institutes.This journal will focus on the perspective of kinematics of track and field sports biomechanics Wuhan Sports Institute sports training. I specially selected 6 male athletes and compare the actual image acquisition of their back gliding shot put movement of the slide, transition, finally forced the three stage, analyze the image of the technique action to the research object, and then sort the data by theoretical analysis method. After the comparison of this data with some Chinese outstanding athletes, I arrived at the following conclusions:(1) In the sliding phase, the barycentric velocity of the research objects’ body as well as the acceleration remains low for the reason that its maximum speed of insufficient kicking and the poor coordination of the body weight and heart.(2)During the transition stage, the research objects spend more time than the outstanding athletes, thus wasting their failure in making use of the kick velocity in the final thrust phase.(3)What’s worse, in the final stage, while preparing to accelerate, the research objects cannot fully move forward their articulatio coxae to the appropriate position, therefore they fail to form the sufficient support on the left side and slow down the stretch and spin movement of the right part of the body. During the accelerating process, the research objects gain a stable support on the left, but the right leg and the body don’t serve well enough for the acceleration of the spot. In the final process of putting the spot, which requires strength, the body raises too early to promote the highest gravity speed. |
