Reading novels has always been an important part of teaching Chinese and in the long-term teaching practice has formed a set of "three elements" plus "theme"teaching mode.However,with the improvement of course objectives and the selection of traditional teaching model will inevitably appear to be inadequate New Year Sacrifice,The Old Man and the Sea in the high school Chinese textbook of People's Education Press are all excellent modern novel works.Students can use the theory of literature to sort out the classic scenes and even the artistic structure of these novels,sort out the relationship between the characters,appreciate the characters,appreciate the theme of the novel and study the artistic value of the novel.The introduction of unfamiliarization theory into high school modern novel reading teaching can enrich teachers' theoretical knowledge,provide a new perspective for the interpretation of novel texts and provide new ideas for novel teaching design,strengthening the disciplinary rationality of reading teaching.Teachers can guide and trigger students'thinking through unfamiliar interpretation,introduction of unfamiliar resources,setting up unfamiliar links and asking unfamiliar questions,so that they can gradually move towards deep Chinese learning.Based on the analysis of the feasibility of defamiliarization theory to guide the teaching of Chinese reading,three strategies for reading teaching of modern fiction are proposed.First,discover the defamiliar nature of teaching resources.The infinite connotation of the text is passed to the reader through unfamiliar forms.We must proceed from the form to explore the deep connotation behind the text The second is to flexibly regulate the teaching process.Both the text and the reader are uncertain and they can construct each other in reading.Therefore,teachers should guide students in the teaching process such as teaching introduction and classroom questioning,so that they can "read out questions,read out themselves".The third is innovative use of teaching methods.Activate the classroom by means of strange teaching methods to arouse students'curiosity and activate students'thinking.Through these practices,students who are the main body of reading and teachers who lead the teaching of reading will have great changes,thus pushing modern fiction reading into a wider territory.Finally,according to the above teaching strategies,I designed the Teaching plan of New Year Sacrifice and The Old Man and the Sea and reflected on them.
