The Analysis Of Physical Education Teacher's Stereotype And The Dispelling Strategy

The Internet buzzword "digital teaching",as well as the labels of "violence" and "simplicity" made by some newspapers on physical education teachers,have formed a stereotype impression on the occupation of physical education teachers,which has brought a great negative impact on physical education teachers.Physical education teacher stereotype is a social classification of physical education teachers by means of highly immobile,simplified and generalized symbols.It is a fixed concept and impression held by people towards physical education teachers.It is usually accompanied by the value evaluation of physical education teachers.The stereotype of physical education teachers has existed for a long time,so it has brought great influence to this profession,but it has not been paid enough attention.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods,this paper describes the physical education teachers' external performance under the stereotype of various groups on the premise of this,and carries out in-depth analysis of the causes of this phenomenon,on the basis of which effective and feasible treatment plans are formulated.By sorting and analyzing the change of the basic definition of stereotype,the paper explores the specific concept,characteristics and classification of image.The following conclusions can be drawn:From the point of view of the external public,the actual performance of most teachers who have contact with specialties at the junior college level is relatively poor in multiple dimensions,which leads to relatively low evaluation.High school,technical secondary school level of respondents,may not intimate contact PE teachers in higher education,and then based on old ideas and point of view,from the point of internal public,people think that engaged in the profession within the instrument and the image of innovation is relatively better,but outside the masses tend to ethics and the image of these two aspects of teaching.
