In 1998,the Ministry of education for ordinary colleges and universities directory revision,in order to respond to the call of the Ministry of education,the professional development in our country very quickly.After more than ten years of development,Henan social sports guidance and management professional development has been effective,but the problems and contradictions are also increasingly prominent.How to ensure the social sports guidance and management professional good and stable,benign and sustainable development is a very key problem.In this study,the author uses the methods of expert interview,mathematical statistics,literature review and literature review to find out the unfavorable factors that restrict the development of social sports guidance and management specialty in Henan province,and puts forward the solutions and corresponding suggestions.In the study found that Henan province social sports guidance and management in the process of professional development problems are as follows:This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews and mathematical statistics are studied in-depth investigation and comprehensive training situation of Henan university social sports professional talents,to find out the negative factors restricting the development of social sports major in Henan Province,put forward the corresponding improvement measures.It provides a reference for the professional construction and development plan of the social physical education major in Henan province.Through the research,it is found that after more than ten years of development,the development of social sports major in Henan province has been fruitful and inadequate.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)there is a great difference in the design and course setting of the training mode of the social sports professionals in the colleges and universities of Henan.This fully embodies the guiding ideology of diversification and individuation;(2)did not reflect the characteristics of universities in the professional orientation;the curriculum system is not perfect;lack of practice base,practical teaching(Internship)part of the attention is not enough;(3)teacherscan not meet the social needs of the professional development of sports.Performance for the insufficient number of teachers,teachers' lack of practical ability,has not only profound theoretical and practical experience of the "Double Teachers" less;(4)the lack of social sports professional necessary sports facilities,in addition,in addition to2 schools have their own practice base,other schools did not establish social the school sports professional practice base.For this reason,most schools use new investment to meet the needs of teaching.(5)when students enter school,they do not have enough understanding of social sports major,have low level of sports technology and cultural foundation,and have difficulties in learning different professional directions.In addition,there are many students who are ready to change or have a tendency to change.The reasons are values,student enrollment motivation,employment environment,employment change and school students to professional education is not enough emphasis;(6)Henan province social sports professional employment market is not fully cultivated,the development speed of the professional professional points too fast,the scale is too large,leading to the already existing Henan Province the level of economic and social development;but the various colleges and universities in enrollment is small,which leads to the waste of equipment and other resources;(7)points wide,many types of social sports specialty in Colleges and universities in Henan Province,but the distribution is not balanced and the talents can't well meet the needs of the society.Put forward the following suggestions:(1)to cope with the challenges of social sports specialty should be accurate positioning,offering specialty courses;(2)optimize the curriculum,to accelerate the pace of construction of the course;(3)pay attention to and strengthen practical teaching;(4)to optimize and improve the facilities;(5)to strengthen the construction of teachers;(6)to strengthen the ideological education of students;(7)to control the situation in the market,controlling the professional scale;(8)vigorously support the sports industry.
