Research On The Supervision Effectiveness Of Social Work In The Local Situation

Social work supervision is a key link in the process of social work.Research and discussion on the effectiveness of social work supervision will help enrich the knowledge system of social work supervision and promote the development of supervision practice.Using the method of length interviews,this study explored from the perspective of constructivism "specific performance of social work supervision effectiveness in the local context","influencing factors of social work supervision effectiveness in the local context",and "evaluation index system of social work supervision effectiveness in the local context" Three issues.The research found that the effectiveness of local social work supervision is mainly reflected in the growth of the supervision target,the development of the organization and the development of the industry,and plays an important role in the supervision target sub-dimension including the professional growth of the supervision target,psychological support and overall improvement.,In which the sub-dimension of performance is divided again.The effectiveness of local social work supervision is influenced by the context of individuals(supervisors,supervisors,service targets),institutions,countries,industries,geography,distance and space,and education.Among them,the individual context of the supervisor includes the characteristics of the supervisor,the initiative of the supervisor and the learning ability of the supervisor;the individual context of the supervisor includes the supervisor's personal ability,first-line experience,supervision concept and value identification,supervision authority,supervision pressure,supervision skills,supervision Form,supervisory relationship,supervisory content,supervisory needs,supervisory identity,supervisory goals,supervisory participation and responsibility,etc.;the individual context of the client includes the characteristics of the client and the willingness of the client,etc.;it is divided into institutional atmosphere and organizational arrangements in the institutional context And planning,institutional funds,and institutional empowerment;in the national context,it is divided into government policies and purchase requirements;in the industrial context,it is divided into industry training and evaluation and other factors.By sorting out the process elements(influencing factors)and result elements(efficiency performance)of supervision effectiveness,the researchers extracted the factors and classified and organized them according to the context of constructivism,forming the main content of the supervision effectiveness evaluation index system(Dimensions),including six main parts:improvement of service targets,improvement of professional capabilities of supervision targets,self-efficacy of supervision targets,professional value and professional recognition results,evaluation and evaluation of supervisors themselves,and organizational development results.At the same time,the study made a detailed explanation on the other parts of the application of the index system for monitoring effectiveness evaluation.These include data sources,methods and tools for monitoring the application of the effectiveness evaluation indicator system,effectiveness evaluation principles,and evaluation ethics.The study also introduces methods for evaluating the effectiveness of supervision in a multicultural environment.
