Design Of Professional Title Competiton And Evaluation Management System In Higher Education Institutions

The university is the national development construction talent training base,the university teacher is the soul engineer which trains the talented person.With the rapid development of China's higher education and the continuous improvement of the quality standards of talent training,colleges and universities need not only to have a team of teachers with both moral and talents,but also to have a scientific and efficient management system and teaching assistant guarantee.In the construction of college teachers and the establishment of evaluation system,the evaluation of professional title competition is the most important.The construction of a scientific and fair professional title competitive evaluation management system is of great significance to the long-term development of the school,to the improvement of the quality of talent training,and to the stabilization of the excellent teachers.Based on the requirements and expected objectives of the evaluation of the professional titles of university teachers,dissertation investigates the essence and specific requirements of the various stages of the competitive recruitment of the professional titles,and clarifies the management process of the competitive recruitment and evaluation.Based on the in-depth investigation of the R&D technology of the information management system,the system structure and the overall design scheme of the evaluation and evaluation system for the professional titles of colleges and universities are presented by using software engineering and information processing technology.The main functions of the system include:user login(authority control),evaluation item weight setting,evaluation parameter setting,candidate self-evaluation,subject review,comprehensive evaluation,evaluation score query,evaluation results release and so on.System In the design,the system security and protection mechanism,operation speed,multi-user concurrent operation,and system interface optimization design are taken into account with a view to achieving the expected target of the system.The professional title competitive evaluation system is developed by Eclipse,Java language,and SQL Server 2008 R2 database system is used for data storage.The system uses the SpringBoot framework,the front end uses the HTML+CSS+Javascript+jQuery composition technology,carries on the asynchronous interaction with the server side through the AJAX,uses the Hibernate to carry on the connection with the database.The professional title competitive evaluation system adopts three-level management mode,which is oriented to three types of operation roles,such as declarator,evaluation expert,system administrator,and has the authority to control the operation.The system runs in B S mode and is easy to use zero maintenance.It realizes the goals of synchronous evaluation,high efficiency of score statistics,fair and fair evaluation,pre-setting and updating of evaluation indexes,and strong expansibility of the system.
