With the continuous development of society,social functions have been constantly improved and people's self-awareness has become more and more intense.Compared with the past,the respect and maintenance of self-rights and rights have made great progress.People began to consciously fight for their own autonomy.In addition,people began to learn to respect other people's right to self-determination.However,people with mental disorders have always been marginalized in this area of self-determination.Even in the period of inpatient rehabilitation and good recovery,their autonomy remains intentionally or unintentionally ignored.Whether it is the patient himself or his family or guardian and the general public,he will always treat the patient as a dangerous species.In this article,the author through the participation in the survey,the four cases and the hospital's several medical staff interviews to understand,combined with the survey questionnaire data analysis,in the perspective of symbolic interaction theory and recovery theory,to understand the mentally disabled persons admitted in hospital rehabilitation Selfsovereignty,autonomy in medicine,autonomy in life,and autonomy in discharge were realized in hospitals.It was found that persons with mental disorders are self-abnegated,obstructed by family guardians,the impact of traditional medical empowerment,the obstruction of communities,and the entire society.The misperceptions of persons with mental disorders have led to many restrictions on the exercise of their autonomy in the inpatient rehabilitation period.Analyze the causes,analyze the causes,make full use of the professional advantages of social work,and propose solutions to address the autonomy of people with mental disorders to exercise and maintain countermeasures and suggestions from multiple perspectives.
