| Physical education is an important part of quality education,and physical education in primary and secondary schools is an important means to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary school students.Elementary and middle school students' bodies are in a period of rapid growth,and long-term unprotected outdoor physical education activities in haze weather are harmful to their physical and mental health.The essence of physical education is to enable students to master sports knowledge and skills,cultivate sports interest,develop good physical exercise habits,be able to conduct physical exercise scientifically,and become a useful talent for a physically and mentally healthy society.Elementary and middle school students are affected by the smog weather in the process of physical education.As a result,the physical education curriculum is greatly reduced or the physical and mental health is damaged,which will seriously affect their healthy growth.Therefore,how to carry out good physical education in the haze weather in primary and middle schools has become a hot spot in society.This article investigates the current situation of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City under the haze weather.The 12 primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City are used as the research object,and research methods such as literature,questionnaires,interviews,field trips,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis are used.In-depth understanding of the current situation of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou under the haze.The results show that: 1.Primary and secondary school leaders,teachers and students need to improve their understanding of the haze and the importance of physical education.On the one hand,some schools still have outdoor physical education courses without any protective measures,and their hazards are insufficiently understood.On the other hand,some schools arbitrarily stopped physical education teaching activities,and lacked awareness of the importance of physical education teaching activities.2.The primary and secondary schools have not formulated the physical education teaching plan for the haze weather.Many primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City have not formulated corresponding plans for how to carry out physical education in the haze weather.In the event of haze weather,the countermeasures are not appropriate,resulting in a decline in the quality of physical education.3.The content ofphysical education is old-fashioned and lacks innovation,and students' enthusiasm for learning is not high.Some elementary and middle schools in Zhengzhou City simply adopt the teaching method of indoor physical education theory,and have not designed new indoor physical education teaching content in the haze weather,which makes the students' experience of physical education curriculum poor.4.The form and method of physical education in elementary and middle schools are not suitable for indoor physical education activities,lack innovation,and cannot stimulate students' enthusiasm for class.5.The indoor stadium facilities are seriously inadequate,and the existing indoor stadium resources are not fully developed,and physical education activities cannot be carried out normally.There is a serious shortage of indoor physical education teaching venues and facilities,which cannot meet the needs of physical education,resulting in difficulties in curriculum design.Based on the actual conditions of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City under fog and haze,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools.Based on the principles of scientific teaching,it follows the rules of physical education and proposes reasonable development suggestions to ensure the fog and haze.The impact of weather on the quality of physical education in elementary and secondary schools is minimized. |
